Abstract

由小排风扇与铝型材散热片组成的风道式散热器是使贴在铝型材散热片上的发热元件发出的热量被型材风道内的抽风带走,达到调节模块盒内温度且无灰尘进入模块盒,避免灰尘污染,提高设备可靠性。本实用新型投资少,经济效益好,适合于一般半导体器件企业投产。

本实用新型是属半导体器件用散热器。
背景技术:
当代光纤通讯传输设备用量越来越大,一个光平台需安装多个光功能模块,对每个光功能模块的散热功能提出了很高的要求。因为激光器都使用衡温方式工作,温升太高,激光器的制冷电流太大,就会造成激光器的使用寿命降低。目前采用的是加风扇直接扇风散热的方法,这种散热法会造成模块内灰尘的污染,而激光器的连接头最怕有灰尘污染,一旦被灰尘污染便会造成故障,因此需改进。
发明内容:
本实用新型的技术方案如图1所示,采用铝型材散热片2,安装在模块盒1内的上部,横贯到面板3与面板4的通孔上,在面板3通孔处外边安有小排风扇5。当小排风扇5工作时,把由面板4上通孔抽进来的冷空气,通过铝型材散热片2的通道,把模块盒1内贴在铝型材散热片2上的发热元件产生的热量带出来,达到降温的目的,由于铝型材散热片2的周围是密封的,排风扇5抽出的风只能在型材风道内通过,进不到模块盒1内部,这样就做到了调温而无灰尘污染。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型按上述技术方案实施,所采用的铝型材散热片2的横截面如图2所示,中间形成上下多个通风道,故散热功能较好,并且无灰尘污染激光器接头部,保持激光器正常工作。
本实用新型投资少,经济效益好,适合于一般半导体器件企业投资。

1、由小排风扇(5)、铝型材散热片(2)组成的风道式散热器其特征是铝型材散热片(2)安装在模块盒(1)内的上部,横贯到面板(3)与面板(4)的通孔上,在面板(3)通孔处外边安有小排风扇(5)。
