本实用新型涉及汽轮机给水回热系统装置。
背景技术:
电站抽汽供热汽轮机除发电外,还将抽汽供热采暖,这就要补充相应数量的水,以满足机组的正常运行,这种经过除盐的水,必须通过除氧才能进入给水回热系统,以避免对管道和设备的腐蚀。补水的除氧以前采用低压除氧器进行除氧,这种装置除了设一个专用的除氧设备外,还要匹配升压泵、水汽阀门及水位调节装置等,设备成本高,能耗大。
发明内容:
为解决电站抽汽供热汽轮机补水的除氧问题,本实用新型提供一种鼓泡除氧式热井装置,它能够有效地降低能耗。
本实用新型是通过以下的技术方案实现的,它由热井外壳、挡板、鼓泡板、蒸汽室、旁腔室所组成,其结构要点是位于挡板的上部设有由封汽板构成的封汽淋水盘,封汽淋水盘内设有两块互相平行的封汽隔板,封汽隔板与封汽淋水盘底部之间留有间距,封汽淋水盘和封汽隔板的两端各与热井外壳相连接。
上述封汽淋水盘的个数为2个。
上述鼓泡板上设有均布的腰形孔,其腰形孔的大小为110×3毫米。
本实用新型设计了淋水盘,改进了鼓泡板的开孔,结构简单,成本低,使机组能耗降低,运行管理简单。

以下将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1和图2中,来自机组的补水和凝结水一起进入热井7的上部封汽淋水盘4,该淋水盘4与热井7外壳相固定。封汽淋水盘4由封汽板构成。本实施例封汽淋水盘4有2个,封汽淋水盘4内设有两块互相平行的封汽隔板5,封汽隔板5与封汽淋水盘4底部之间留有间距,封汽隔板5的两端与热井7外壳相连接,封汽隔板5起分隔和导向水流的作用。补水和凝结水由封汽淋水盘4内的封汽隔板5导入,从封汽淋水盘4底部再往封汽淋水盘4侧面流入封汽淋水盘4下面挡板3,并沿着挡板3汇集到开有均布的腰形孔的鼓泡板2上部,形成一定厚度的水膜,本实施例腰形孔的大小为110×3毫米,水膜的厚度为50毫米。由汽轮机的抽汽通过蒸汽管进入鼓泡板2下面的蒸汽室1,加热鼓泡板上的补水和凝结水,并鼓起泡泡,称为鼓泡除氧,以增加汽与水的接触面,把补水和凝结水加热至饱和状态,使其中的氧气等不凝结气体析出,从而达到除氧的目的。积水由旁腔室6排出。

1.一种鼓泡除氧式热井装置,由热井外壳、挡板、鼓泡板、蒸汽室、旁腔室所组成,其特征在于位于挡板的上部设有由封汽板构成的封汽淋水盘,封汽淋水盘内设有两块互相平行的封汽隔板,封汽隔板与封汽淋水盘底部之间留有间距,封汽淋水盘和封汽隔板的两端各与热井外壳相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鼓泡除氧式热井装置,其特征在于封汽淋水盘的个数为2个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的鼓泡除氧式热井装置,其特征在于鼓泡板上设有均布的腰形孔,其腰形孔的大小为110×3毫米。
