本实用新型公开了一种新型上罗拉轴承，包括外壳，外壳内装保持架，保持架上装钢球，钢球与芯轴接触，保持架上装两排钢球，芯轴沟道直径为7.6～11mm。本实用新型结构合理，采用了较大的芯轴沟道直径，减小了滑动摩擦，提高了轴承的耐磨性，延长了有效使用寿命；采用双排钢球，每排6～8粒、直径2.5～3.5mm的形式，进一步提高了承载能力，同时提高了工作平稳性，因而可提高纱条干质量。特别是采用上述优选规格，各方面性能更佳。

背景技术：
上罗拉轴承主要应用于各种环锭纺纱机的牵伸过程，为牵伸的关键部件，其最主要的失效原因是运转过程的摩损造成轴承跑道失圆，从而导致外壳径向圆跳动超差而报废。现有的上罗拉结构形式，易产生磨损，使用寿命短。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种磨损小，承载能力高，工作平稳性好、使用寿命长的新型上罗拉轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种新型上罗拉轴承，包括外壳，外壳内装保持架，保持架上装钢球，钢球与芯轴接触，其特征：保持架上装两排钢球，芯轴沟道直径为7.6～11mm。
保持架上每排钢球均为6～8粒。钢球直径为2.5～3.5mm。芯轴沟道直径为8.2～10mm。
芯轴沟道直径为8.0mm，保持架上每排钢球均为6粒，钢球直径为3.5mm。
本实用新型结构合理，采用了较大的芯轴沟道直径，减小了滑动摩擦，提高了轴承的耐磨性，延长了有效使用寿命；采用双排钢球，每排6～8粒、直径2.5～3.5mm的形式，进一步提高了承载能力，同时提高了工作平稳性，因而可提高纱条干质量。特别是采用上述优选规格，各方面性能更佳。

具体实施方式：
一种新型上罗拉轴承，包括外壳1，外壳1内装保持架2，保持架2上装钢球3，钢球3与芯轴4接触，保持架2上装两排钢球，每排钢球均为6(可以是6～8)粒，钢球直径为2.5～3.5mm(优选3.5mm)，芯轴沟道直径D为7.6～11(例7.6、8、8.2、9.5、10、11)mm。

1、一种新型上罗拉轴承，包括外壳，外壳内装保持架，保持架上装钢球，钢球与芯轴接触，其特征是：保持架上装两排钢球，芯轴沟道直径为7.6～11mm。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型上罗拉轴承，其特征是：保持架上每排钢球均为6～8粒。
3、根据权利要求2所述的新型上罗拉轴承，其特征是：钢球直径为2.5～3.5mm。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的新型上罗拉轴承，其特征是：芯轴沟道直径为8.2～10mm。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的新型上罗拉轴承，其特征是：芯轴沟道直径为8.0mm，保持架上每排钢球均为6粒，钢球直径为3.5mm。
