Abstract
一种双列四点角接触球轴承,外圈内面与内圈外面相对应处有环状滚道,滚珠设于滚道之中,并由保持架隔开,其保持架内夹持有并排、双列的滚珠,外圈与内圈均为整环,在外圈与内圈相对应处设有两条滚道,两滚道的横截面均呈桃形,滚珠与内、外圈滚道为四点接触。上述滚珠和外圈的接触角为45°。本实用新型与传统球轴承相比有如下的优点:在承受轴向力时是两列钢球同时受力,因此大大增加了承载能力;在承受轴向力时是把力量分散作用在两个滚道上,每个滚道承受总轴向力的二分之一,从而延长了轴承的使用寿命。两列钢球总是同时受力,额定负荷是同等大小传统轴承的1.3倍,大大减少了机械的维修费用和维修次数,从而降低了产品成本。
Description
(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种机械轴支承零件,特别是一种球轴承。
(二)背景技术
传统球轴承具有分别与轴、轴承座相配合的内圈、外圈,两圈间一般有保持架,保持架内夹持一连串滚珠。内、外圈之间为滚动摩擦,当两圈相对转动时,滚珠滚动,实现承轴的功能。传统球轴承环状滚道的截面形状为圆弧形,滚珠与内、外圈滚道为两点接触。在承受轴向力时总是一列钢球受力,所承受的力量都集中作用在一个滚道上,因此负荷区易出现疲劳剥落,使轴承的额定负荷减小、使用寿命较短。
(三)实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双列四点角接触球轴承,解决传统球轴承使用寿命短、额定负荷较小、负荷区易出现疲劳剥落的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案:这种双列四点角接触球轴承,外圈内面与内圈外面相对应处有环状滚道,滚珠设于滚道之中,并由保持架隔开,其特征在于:保持架内夹持有并排、双列的滚珠,外圈与内圈均为整环,在外圈与内圈相对应处设有两条滚道,两滚道的横截面均呈桃形,滚珠与内、外圈滚道为四点接触。
上述滚珠和外圈的接触角为45°。

有益效果:本实用新型是一种双列四点接触球轴承,它与传统球轴承相比有如下的优点:1、在承受轴向力时是两列钢球同时受力,因此大大增加了承载能力;2、在承受轴向力时是把力量分散作用在两个滚道上,每个滚道承受总轴向力的二分之一,从而延长了轴承的使用寿命。3、两列钢球总是同时受力,因此受力的钢球数量就多,额定负荷就大,本实用新型的额定负荷是同等大小传统轴承的1.3倍,大大减少了机械的维修费用和维修次数,从而降低了产品成本。不仅适用于普通机械,还特别适用于要求高承载力的机械。

参见图1、2,该双列四点角接触球轴承的实施例:外圈1的内面与内圈2的外面相对应处有环状滚道3,滚珠4设于滚道之中,并由保持架5隔开,保持架内夹持有并排、双列的滚珠,外圈与内圈均为整环,在外圈与内圈相对应处设有两条滚道,两滚道的横截面均呈桃形,滚珠与内、外圈滚道为四点接触。上述滚珠和外圈的接触角a为20°-60°,最佳为45°±1°。

1、一种双列四点角接触球轴承,外圈内面与内圈外面相对应处有环状滚道,滚珠设于滚道之中,并由保持架隔开,其特征在于:保持架内夹持有并排、双列的滚珠,外圈与内圈均为整环,在外圈与内圈相对应处设有两条滚道,两滚道的横截面均呈桃形,滚珠与内、外圈滚道为四点接触。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双列四点角接触球轴承,其特征在于:上述滚珠和外圈的接触角为45°。
3、根据权利要求1所述的双列四点角接触球轴承,其特征在于:上述滚珠和外圈的接触角为20°-60°。
