本实用新型涉及一种多点接触球轴承。包括外圈、球、保持架、内圈,其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道的直径与球的直径相同,在外圈和内圈沟道上沿沟道的滚动方向上开设有若干条相互平行的凹槽。其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道上的凹槽有四条。本实用新型的优点是钢球与滚道接触状态为多点接触式,在轴承受到一定负荷的前提下,轴承钢球的接触应力被多个接触点分担,每个接触部位的接触应力显著降低,并且还有利于润滑剂的储存和补充,并能够减少轴承的摩擦发热,显著延长轴承使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种球轴承,特别是一种多点接触球轴承。
背景技术
目前传统的向心球轴承都是内圈、外圈都有沟道,球在沟道内运转,内外圈沟道均为圆弧型,与钢球的接触状态仅为圆弧内切结构,钢球与沟道由于是内切的结构,而圆弧半径根据受力状态有要求有一定的比例关系,因此实际上钢球与圆弧为切点式点接触,当轴承收到外部载荷时点接触在接触应力作用下形成接触椭圆,由于轴承仅有一个接触椭圆,当载荷增加时接触应力增加从而增大了轴承疲劳剥落的可能性,同时由于接触应力增大引起轴承的发热,这样轴承使用寿命就受到一定得局限性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有结构的球轴承单点接触产生的应力过大,造成轴承使用寿命过短的问题,提供一种多点接触球轴承。本实用新型设计多点接触球轴承,包括外圈、球、保持架、内圈,其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道的直径与球的直径相同,在外圈和内圈沟道上沿沟道的滚动方向上开设有若干条相互平行的凹槽。其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道上的凹槽有四条。本实用新型的优点是钢球与滚道接触状态为多点接触式,在轴承受到一定负荷的前提下,轴承钢球的接触应力被多个接触点分担,每个接触部位的接触应力显著降低,并且还有利于润滑剂的储存和补充,并能够减少轴承的摩擦发热,显著延长轴承使用寿命。

具体实施方式
图中包括外圈1、球2、保持架3、内圈4,其特征在于:外圈1和内圈2沟道5的直径与球2的直径相同,在外圈1和内圈4沟道5上沿沟道5的滚动方向上开设有若干条相互平行的凹槽6。其特征在于:外圈1和内圈4沟道5上的凹槽6有四条。
由于球与外圈和内圈的沟道接触点为多点,内圈和外圈沟道的接触最少为8点接触结构,或单个沟道接触点至少为4点,并且由于多段沟道的圆弧间隔有凹槽,有利于储存润滑剂改善轴承润滑。本实用新型的新结构轴承可以有效提高轴承的承载能力,延长轴承的使用寿命,克服原有球轴承承载能力低的问题。能够在外形尺寸不变的情况下,在满足球轴承的力矩、噪音、速度系数与一般球轴承相当的前提下,能够大幅延长轴承的使用寿命。

1.多点接触球轴承,包括外圈、球、保持架、内圈,其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道的直径与球的直径相同,在外圈和内圈沟道上沿沟道的滚动方向上开设有若干条相互平行的凹槽。
2.按权利要求1所述的多点接触球轴承,其特征在于:外圈和内圈沟道上的凹槽有四条。
