技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种内圈加长式深沟球轴承。
背景技术
目前,轴承被广泛运用于各个行业,究其作用来讲应该是支撑,即字面解释用来承轴的,但这只是其作用的一部分,支撑其实质就是能够承担径向载荷。也可以理解为它是用来固定轴的。就是固定轴使其只能实现转动,而控制其轴向和径向的移动。 电机没有轴承的后果就是根本不能工作。因为轴可能向任何方向运动,而电机工作时要求轴只能作转动。 从理论上来讲不可能实现传动的作用,不仅如此,轴承还会影响传动,为了降低这个影响在高速轴的轴承上必须实现良好的润滑,有的轴承本身已经有润滑,叫做预润滑轴承,而大多数的轴承必须有润滑油,负载在高速运转时,由于摩擦不仅会增加能耗,更可怕的是很容易损坏轴承。把滑动摩擦转变为滚动摩擦的说法是片面的,因为有种叫滑动轴承的东西。在现有的技术中轴承的存在结构单一,存在不能依照需要进行结构变化。

本实用新型提供一种结构简单、能牢固安装在轴上的深沟球轴承。

一种内圈加长式深沟球轴承,包括内圈、外圈、防尘盖和数个钢球,所述内圈的轴向长度长于外圈的轴向长度,所述外圈内表面和内圈外表面分别设有凹槽,所述钢球卡设在内、外圈之间的凹槽内,所述钢球两侧分别安装有两半保持架,所述外圈的凹槽两侧分别设卡槽,所述防尘盖的外边缘设有向外翻边的卷边,所述半保持外罩有防尘盖,所述防尘盖卡设在外圈内表面的卡槽内。
所述两半保持架之间通过卡爪连接。
本实用新型采用内圈比外圈的轴向长度长的设计,这样内圈安装在轴承上的表面接触面积要比原先的轴承接触面积大很多,就更加牢固了。

参见附图,一种内圈加长式深沟球轴承,包括内圈1、外圈2、防尘盖3和数个钢球4,所述内圈1的轴向长度长于外圈2的轴向长度,所述外圈2内表面和内圈1外表面分别设有凹槽5、6,所述钢球4卡设在内、外圈1、2之间的凹槽5、6内,所述钢球4两侧分别安装有两半保持架7,所述外圈2的凹槽5两侧分别设卡槽8,所述防尘盖3的外边缘设有向外翻边的卷边9,所述半保持架7外罩有防尘盖3,所述防尘盖3卡设在外圈2内表面的卡槽内8,所述两半保持架7之间通过卡爪10连接。

1.一种内圈加长式深沟球轴承,包括内圈、外圈、防尘盖和数个钢球,其特征在于:所述内圈与外圈一端对齐,所述内圈的轴向长度长于外圈的轴向长度,所述外圈内表面和内圈外表面分别设有凹槽,所述钢球卡设在内、外圈之间的凹槽内,所述钢球两侧分别安装有两半保持架,所述外圈的凹槽两侧分别设卡槽,所述防尘盖的外边缘设有向外翻边的卷边,所述半保持外罩有防尘盖,所述防尘盖卡设在外圈内表面的卡槽内。
2.根据权利要求1所述内圈加长式深沟球轴承,其特征在于:所述两半保持架之间通过卡爪连接。
