技术领域
本发明属于轴承技术领域,应用于超大兆瓦及海上风力发电机组上,具体涉及一种八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承。
背景技术
风力发电机组中超大型、超精密风电转盘轴承作为风力发电机专用轴承之一,其使用性能的优异、承载能力及寿命长短均关系到风力发电机的正常运行、发电效率等。由于配与的轴承尺寸较大,结构及受力复杂,对其设计生产的难度也相对较大,一般国内生产的风电转盘轴承性能和使用寿命都很难配套在超长叶片、超柔性塔筒及极高机舱的风力发电机机舱和轮毂中。因此,适用于这类风力发电机的转盘轴承设计难点在于受载情况相比于普通风力发电机组更为复杂,恶劣。
目前风力发电机轴承有很大一部分依赖国外进口,且这部分轴承无法适用于我国的工况环境,制约着风力发电机整机企业的发展。研制一种配合超长叶片、超柔性塔筒及极高机舱使用的超大型、超精密转盘轴承是非常必要的。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的缺陷,为了克服与超长叶片、超柔性塔筒及极高机舱的风力发电机组使用工况复杂,尺寸大,实际环境恶劣,立式或卧式的安装方式等问题,本发明提供一种八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其可适应特殊工况,套圈受载后形成的环向应力更低,更安全,完全消除对轴承套圈有极大危害的径向应力。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,包括内圈、外圈及若干球型滚动体,其每个球型滚动体分别与内圈滚道及外圈滚道接触,所述内圈滚道包括两个内圈第一类接触形式滚道及一个内圈第二类接触形式滚道,所述内圈第二类接触形式滚道两侧分别设置内圈第一类接触形式滚道;所述外圈滚道包括两个外圈第一类接触形式滚道及一个外圈第二类接触形式滚道,所述外圈第二类接触形式滚道两侧分别设置外圈第一类接触形式滚道;所述内圈第一类接触形式滚道、外圈第一类接触形式滚道上各自设有一个第一类接触点,第一类接触点的接触角为50°~80°;内圈第二类接触形式滚道及外圈第二类接触形式滚道上各自设有两个第二类接触点,第二类接触点的接触角为1°~40°。
需要说明的是,内圈滚道及外圈滚道上的四个第一类接触点接触角可互不相同,均在50°~80°取值即可,但优选四个接触点接触角取值相等;同理,内圈滚道及外圈滚道上的四个第二类接触点接触角可互不相同,均在1°~40°取值即可,但优选四个接触点接触角取值相等。
基于上述技术方案,套圈滚道(内圈滚道及外圈滚道)采用花形分散式结构(八点接触结构设计),极大的降低了钢球(球型滚动体)与套圈之间产生的赫兹应力,取消了传统的四点接触设计,使轴承能够承受复杂交变载荷产生的应力,使套圈中应力的传递更加均匀。滚动体与套圈花形滚道呈八点接触方式,八段滚道与滚动体接触的角度可以由1°~40°和50°~80°之间任意调整,消除了传统四点接触球轴承的钢球承受高额倾覆力矩所传递的径向应力时引起的套圈变形。此种接触方式为分散可变式接触,套圈受载后形成的环向应力更低,更安全,完全消除对轴承套圈有极大危害的径向应力。
进一步的,所述内圈第二类接触形式滚道一侧与内圈第一类接触形式滚道之间设有第一油沟;其与另一侧的内圈第一类接触形式滚道之间设有第二油沟。
进一步的,所述外圈第二类接触形式滚道一侧与外圈第一类接触形式滚道之间设有油沟;其与另一侧的外圈第一类接触形式滚道之间设有第四油沟。
基于上述技术方案,花形分散式多点润滑滚道布置四个油沟,润滑更充分,实现多点润滑的效果,有利于滚道与滚动体之间形成更均匀的油膜,增加了主承载滚道受力面积,提高承载能力。
进一步的,所述内圈滚道及外圈滚道结构对称。
进一步的,所述接触角是水平线与接触点到滚动体球心的直线之间的夹角。
进一步的,所述风电转盘轴承为双列风电转盘轴承,每个滚动体与所述内圈滚道四点接触及滚动体与所述外圈滚道四点接触。
基于上述技术方案,花形分散式滚道的两排滚动体在轴承内部16个方向分别承受风机传递给轴承的倾覆力矩、轴向力、径向力,消除了传统四点接触球产生的边缘应力载荷。
进一步的,所述风电转盘轴承还包括隔离块与密封圈,相邻的球型滚动体设置隔离块,内圈与外圈之间设置密封圈。
优选的,所述第一类接触点的接触角为70°,所述第二类接触点的接触角为30°。
另一种技术方案,优选的,所述第一类接触点的接触角为80°,所述第二类接触点的接触角为40°。
对本发明的进一步说明:花形分散式滚道适用于风电发电机组复杂工况,风机传递给轴承载荷的同时使滚道与滚动体之间在原有的负游隙的基础上形成轻微的预紧,在高频振动的作用下,更好的承受了产生冲击载荷,有效的避免了高周疲劳,优化了滚道疲劳寿命,延长了的轴承使用寿命。
此轴承适用于2MW到10MW陆上低风速和大型海上风机以及漂浮式风机,在机舱、超柔性塔筒、轮毂和超长叶片的叶根出现严重变形也能确保平稳运行。
轴承的材料是保障轴承满足承载能力的基础,轴承材料为套圈采用炉外精炼真空脱气的合金结构钢42CrMo4V,钢球采用炉外精炼真空脱气的高碳铬轴承钢GCr15G、Cr15SiMn,并且滚道热处理淬火过程采用业内高端的无软带扫描式机床淬火设备,可以应对多种分散可变式接触类型的滚道,大大提高了轴承内部滚道的可靠性。
使用业内高端的德国立磨设备,对滚道进行超精级的加工,保证滚道形状的同时确保加工出优异的粗糙度,达到超大型、超精级的加工目的,并且完全赶超进口轴承。
本发明的有益效果:其可适应特殊工况,套圈受载后形成的环向应力更低,更安全,完全消除对轴承套圈有极大危害的径向应力。

另外,通过大量的FEA有限元分析数据轴承环向应力改善前如图3所示,为291.421MPa。
改善后如图4所示为158.063MPa。

4.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈滚道及外圈滚道结构对称。
5.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述接触角是水平线与接触点到滚动体球心的直线之间的夹角。
6.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述风电转盘轴承为双列风电转盘轴承,每个滚动体与所述内圈滚道四点接触及滚动体与所述外圈滚道四点接触。
7.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述风电转盘轴承还包括隔离块与密封圈,相邻的球型滚动体设置隔离块,内圈与外圈之间设置密封圈。
8.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述第一类接触点的接触角为70°,所述第二类接触点的接触角为30°。
9.根据权利要求1所述的八点分散式接触多点润滑风电转盘轴承,其特征在于:所述第一类接触点的接触角为80°,所述第二类接触点的接触角为40°。
