技术领域
本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是一种单列调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
调心滚子轴承的应用日渐广泛,但由于双列调心滚子轴承结构复杂,加工难度大,成本高,以及宽系列轴承装配困难等不足,限制了调心滚子轴承的进一步推广应用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种单列调心滚子轴承,结构简单,加工容易,成本低。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:单列调心滚子轴承,包括内、外圈和设置在内、外圈之间的滚动体以及保持架,轴承外圈内表面为截面为凹圆弧形的环形滚道,该圆弧半径等于或大于球面滚道半径,轴承内圈的外表面为截面为凹圆弧的环形滚道,内、外圈滚道内设有与滚道表面相吻合的滚动体。
所述的轴承外圈外径为外圆柱面,两端为平端面;轴承内圈的内表面为内圆柱面,两端为平端面。
本实用新型提供了一种单列调心滚子轴承,它与双列调心滚子轴承相比具有结构简单,加工容易,成本低,且可以解决宽系列轴承装配困难等优点,使调心滚子轴承的应用范围更为广泛。
由于整套轴承只有一列滚动体,故其内圈和保持架的结构更加简单,加工更加方便,成本较低,方便于调心滚子轴承的进一步推广应用。
对于宽度尺寸相对较小的窄系列轴承而言,由于滚动体长度和直径的增加,其额定动静载荷将比普通双列调心滚子轴承有一定的提高。
增加外圈、内圈及滚动体母线的曲率半径可以有效解决宽度尺寸相对较大的宽系列调心滚子轴承的装配难题,同时轴承还具有较大的轴向位移调整能力,适用于游动侧定位。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,轴承由外圈1、内圈2、若干个滚动体3、保持架4组成。轴承外圈1内表面是一个球冠形的环形滚道,即轴承外圈1内表面为截面为凹圆弧形的环形滚道,该圆弧半径等于球面滚道半径,滚动体3与外圈滚道表面相吻合。轴承内圈2的外表面为一个截面为凹圆弧的环形滚道,滚道表面与滚动体3相吻合。保持架4均匀分隔开,并将滚动体与内圈连接成一个不可分离的组件。由于轴承外圈滚道是一个球形,所以整套轴承具有足够大的调心能力。
保持架4采用钢板冲压而成,增加了强度,其形状如图2所示,总体为中间大,两端小的形状,保持架中间大于滚动体组中心圆直径,两端大于滚动体组中心圆直径;中间部分为保持架过梁,过梁上分布有锁滚动体的锁点,从滚动体外侧将这一组滚动体与内圈连接成一个不可分离的组件(简称内圈组件),保证整套轴承工作的可靠性。
滚动体3形状为滚动表面为外凸的鼓形,其表面与外圈1、内圈2滚道相吻合,轴承工作时滚动体3在外圈1、内圈2的滚道上滚动,达到支承和承载的作用,这些滚动体由保持架4均匀分隔开,以保证轴承旋转过程中总有一定数量的滚动体承载。
实施例2:
如图3所示,轴承由外圈1、内圈2、若干个滚动体3、保持架4组成。轴承外圈1外径为外圆柱面,两端为平端面,内表面是一个截面为凹圆弧形的环形滚道,该圆弧半径大于球面滚道半径,滚动体3与外圈滚道表面相吻合。轴承内圈2的内表面为内圆柱面,两端为平端面,外表面为一个截面为凹圆弧的环形滚道,滚道表面与滚动体3相吻合。
滚动体3形状为滚动表面为外凸圆弧的鼓形,其表面与外圈1、内圈2滚道相吻合,轴承工作时滚动体3在外圈1、内圈2的滚道上滚动,达到支承和承载的作用,这些滚动体由保持架4均匀分隔开,以保证轴承旋转过程中总有一定数量的滚动体承载。保持架4将滚动体3均匀分隔开。
因为外圈1和滚动体3的接触面形状为圆弧形,允许外圈1与内圈组件之间有较大的角度偏差,起到调心的作用。由于轴承外圈滚道不是球形,所以整套轴承的调心能力不及图1所示的结构,但本结构依然具有一定的调心能力;由于圆弧形滚道半径大于球面滚道半径,故轴承具有较大的轴向位移调节空间,且可以很好地解决轴向尺寸较宽轴承的装配问题。

1、单列调心滚子轴承,包括内、外圈和设置在内、外圈之间的滚动体以及保持架,其特征在于:轴承外圈内表面为截面为凹圆弧形的环形滚道,该圆弧半径等于或大于球面滚道半径,轴承内圈的外表面为截面为凹圆弧的环形滚道,内、外圈滚道内设有与滚道表面相吻合的滚动体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的单列调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的轴承外圈外径为外圆柱面,两端为平端面;轴承内圈的内表面为内圆柱面,两端为平端面。
