Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种低温液体管束式集装箱,它包括截面为矩形的箱体,其特征在于在箱体内设有多根管状保温绝热储罐。储罐为高真空、多层绝热管。为进一步提高集装箱的绝热保温效果,同时为提高缓冲效果,在箱体与储罐之间,以及各储罐相互之间的空隙内填充有保温材料。本实用新型的优点是能最大限度地提高低温液体的储运能力;具有双重绝热保温的结构,提高了集装箱的隔热保温效果;由于液体分装在多个较小的储罐中,因此,不会出现分层现象,在运输途中也不会出现严重的重心偏离现象,提高了储存和运输的安全性;筒体直径小,因而制造工艺简单,对材料的要求降低。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种低温液体集装箱,特别是一种储运能力强的低温液体管束式集装箱。
二、背景技术
储运液体的储罐可以是各种形状和各种规格,但储运低温液体的储罐通常是压力容器,而压力容器或是圆筒形,或是圆球形。现有的圆筒形储罐在利用集装箱运输时,因受集装箱标准的限制(如国际53英尺、国内41英尺集装箱),其圆筒的最大截面直径为2440mm。这种圆筒形储罐集装箱,其有效的储存容积不高,运输能力低,保温绝热效果不太理想。同时,大直径圆筒形压力容器的制造工艺复杂,对所用材料有特殊的要求。还有,大容量的储罐在运输途中转弯时,整体的重心易发生严重的偏离,从而使车辆运行容易产生不稳甚至翻车的现象。大容量的储罐还会出现分层的现象。
三、发明内容
1、发明目的:本实用新型的目的是提供一种储存容积大、保温效果好的低温液体管束式集装箱。
2、技术方案:为实现上述目的,本实用新型所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,包括截面为矩形的箱体,其特征在于在箱体内设有多根管状保温绝热储罐。
储罐为高真空、多层绝热管。为进一步提高集装箱的绝热保温效果,同时为提高缓冲效果,在箱体与储罐之间,以及各储罐之间的空隙内填充有保温材料。所述的保温材料可以是聚氨酯发泡材料。
本实用新型的主要发明点在于将多根管筒式储罐沿集装箱的长度方向叠放在一起,形成管束式集装箱。在集装箱的截面尺寸一定的情况下,当对每根储罐的直径和储罐的数量进行设计后,就能保证总的储存容积大于单筒式大直径集装箱的储存容积。本实用新型根据标准集装箱的尺寸,在箱体内设计有8个直径相同的储罐,其中在箱内两侧的垂直方向各设有3个,中间设有2个,箱内两侧与相邻的储罐之间,以及各储罐之间均呈切线相接。为进一步提高储存容积,在中间2个储罐的上下空间内还各设有1个直径相同、但直径较小的储罐,该储罐在垂直方向分别与箱体和相邻的储罐呈切线相接。由于运输途中的颠簸和振动,又由于上下两个直径较小的储罐只有上下两个支撑点,为增强集装箱整体结构的牢固度,本实用新型在箱体的上下两面各垂直设有两根加强筋,该两根加强筋与增加的储罐呈切线相接;同时,在箱体的4个直角内也分别设有加强筋。
从抗压强度出发,每根储罐的两端应为半球形。但为节省储存空间,将储罐的阀门、接口安装在两端,并位于偏离球形中心的位置上。
3、有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:(1)在满足集装箱国际、国内标准的情况下,能最大限度地提高低温液体的储运能力;(2)具有双重绝热保温的结构,提高了集装箱的隔热保温效果;(3)由于液体分装在多个较小的储罐中,因此,不会出现分层现象,在运输途中也不会出现严重的重心偏离现象,提高了储存和运输的安全性;(4)简体直径小,因而制造工艺简单,对材料的要求降低。

五、具体实施方式
本实用新型设计的一种实施方式包括箱体1,该箱体具有符合标准的尺寸,即其箱外尺寸为16154*2591*2896mm3,箱内尺寸为15965*2489*2719mm3。在箱体1内沿箱体长度方向安装有10根长度与箱内长度一致的管筒形储罐2,其中8根直径为960mm,2根为880mm,每根均为高真空、多层绝热管,10根管的排放如图所示。在空隙部分填充有聚氨酯发泡材料3,在上下两个直径较小的储罐的两侧,设有加强筋4,该加强筋垂直固定在上下箱体上,在箱内四个角上,设有加强筋5。每根储罐的两端为半球形,储罐的阀门、口6安装在两端的球体上,但偏离球心。
Claims (10)
1、一种低温液体管束式集装箱,包括截面为矩形的箱体(1),其特征在于在箱体(1)内设有多根管状保温绝热储罐(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于在箱体(1)与储罐(2)之间,以及各储罐(2)之间的空隙内填充有保温材料(3)。
3、根据权利要求2所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于所述的保温材料(3)为聚氨酯发泡材料。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于所述的储罐(2)为高真空、多层绝热管。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于在箱体(1)内设有8个直径相同的储罐(2),其中在箱内两侧的垂直方向各设有3个,中间设有2个,箱内两侧与相邻的储罐之间,以及各储罐之间均呈切线相接。
6、根据权利要求5所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于在中间2个储罐的上下空间内还各设有1个直径相同的储罐,该储罐在垂直方向分别与箱体和相邻的储罐呈切线相接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于在箱体(1)的上下两面各垂直设有两根加强筋(4),该两根加强筋(4)与增加的储罐呈切线相接。
8、根据权利要求1或2所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于在箱体(1)的4个直角内分别设有加强筋(5)。
9、根据权利要求1或2所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于所述的储罐(2)的两端为半球形。
10、根据权利要求9所述的低温液体管束式集装箱,其特征在于储罐(2)的阀门、接口(6)安装在两端的半球形上,并位于偏离球形中心的位置上。
