Description
技术领域
本实用新型属于LNG加注站设备的改进,涉及到LNG加注站应用的储罐、注液泵连接结构的改进,特别是LNG加注站中罐、泵一体式结构。
背景技术
LNG加注站使用低温潜液泵为液化天然气汽车加注燃料,通常将LNG储罐和潜液泵池分别独立设置后相互连接,这种方式建站周期长,而且连通的LNG管道需独立绝热保护,建设成本高。
申请号为201320065885.4的中国专利公开了一种高效节能的立式低温储罐,该储罐结构中包括设置在罐体底端的虹吸包、及与虹吸包配套的绝热仓,潜液泵放置在绝热仓中,绝热仓相当于潜液泵池。但是此结构中储罐与潜液泵池进液管路及回气管路上未设置阀门。在潜液泵需要检修时,需要将储罐内液体放空,才可将潜液泵从绝热仓内取出,拆卸检修费时、费力,给使用带来很大的局限性。因此迫切需要一种既节省投资,又能保证潜液泵可单独检修的新结构。
发明内容
为了节省建设时间和成本,并且方便潜液泵的检修,本实用新型设计了一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构;将潜液泵池与储罐一体式装配制造,管路及泵池做成与储罐一体的夹层保冷结构,但是对于阀门采用单独外包保冷层结构;这种结构可以节省投资、缩短工期,方便潜液泵的检修。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,结构中包括具有绝热层空间的罐体、罐体底端的虹吸包、设在虹吸包中的泵池,虹吸包中的第一段绝热管路接在泵池上的液化LNG入口,泵池的回气口借助第二段绝热管路与罐体连通,关键在于:在罐体与泵池之间的第一段绝热管路上增设开关阀,回气口与罐体之间的第二段绝热管路上增设截断阀;开关阀和截断阀外分别设置绝热装置保护。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、将潜液泵池设置在储罐底部,与储罐一体式装配制造,虹吸包、泵池、管路a、b的绝热层做成与储罐一体的保冷层结构,改变了以往在储罐一侧单独建造的结构,缩短了连接管路,保冷效果好,节约成本和时间;2、在管路a、b上增设阀门不但可以在运行时使整个装置保持现有技术的优点,而且可以克服必须在清罐时才能检修潜液泵的弊端。本装置可以随时将泵池和罐体隔离,阻断低温液体或回馈气体的通路,实现潜液泵的随机维修。现有阀门所采用的单独外包绝热层结构,检修时拆开可使潜液泵快速回温,使检修方便、安全。

具体实施方式
一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,结构中包括具有绝热层空间1-1的罐体1、罐体底端的虹吸包8、设在虹吸包中的泵池2,虹吸包8中的第一段绝热管路a接在泵池2上的液化LNG入口,泵池2的回气口9借助第二段绝热管路b与罐体1连通,关键在于:在罐体1与泵池2之间的第一段绝热管路a上增设开关阀3,回气口9与罐体1之间的第二段绝热管路b上增设截断阀4;开关阀3和截断阀4外分别设置绝热装置11保护。
所述第一段绝热管路a之上、截断阀4与泵池2之间引出第三段绝热管路c、并设置充液阀5。泵池2中潜液泵7的出液口10借助加液阀6与分装LNG容器连接。
为了便于将潜液泵取出的维修,在泵池2上设置有绝热夹层结构的检修门12。
具体实施时,参照图1,将泵池2设置在罐体1外壳下封头底部,作为储罐的配套附件,与储罐一体式装配制造。管路连接后,将罐体1的绝热层空间1-1、泵池2、及管路a、b的绝热夹层一体式绝热保冷;然后将开关阀3、截断阀4外包绝热装置11。需要检修潜液泵7时,将开关阀3、截断阀4、充液阀5、加液阀6关闭,阻断低温液体进入泵池2,拆掉开关阀3、截断阀4的绝热装置11, 待潜液泵7升温后,打开检修门12,从泵池2内取出潜液泵7进行检修。保证了在罐体1内有液时,潜液泵7也能够拆卸维修。

1.一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,结构中包括具有绝热层空间(1-1)的罐体(1)、罐体底端的虹吸包(8)、设在虹吸包中的泵池(2),虹吸包(8)中的第一段绝热管路(a)接在泵池(2)上的液化LNG入口,泵池(2)的回气口(9)借助第二段绝热管路(b)与罐体(1)连通,其特征在于:在罐体(1)与泵池(2)之间的第一段绝热管路(a)上增设开关阀(3),回气口(9)与罐体(1)之间的第二段绝热管路(b)上增设截断阀(4);开关阀(3)和截断阀(4)外分别设置绝热装置(11)保护。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,其特征在于:所述第一段绝热管路(a)之上、截断阀(4)与泵池(2)之间引出第三段绝热管路(c)、并设置充液阀(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,其特征在于:泵池(2)中潜液泵(7)的出液口(10)借助加液阀(6)与分装LNG容器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG加注站用罐泵一体式结构,其特征在于:所述泵池(2)上设置有绝热夹层结构的检修门(12)。
