Abstract

多功能双斗挖掘机属于建筑机械技术领域，由两个挖掘斗、主液压缸、辅助液压缸组成，两个挖掘斗相对设置，每个挖掘斗分别通过活塞杆和一个主液压缸铰链，在两个挖掘斗上面中间设有一个小臂，小臂通过连杆与两个挖掘斗的液压管铰链，辅助液压缸通过制动杆和小臂铰链，制动杆和辅助液压缸的活塞杆铰链，主液压缸和辅液压缸与挖掘臂连接。本实用新型具有结构合理、制造容易、操作简单、使用方便、工作效率高、既可做挖掘机又可做装载机用的优点。

(一)技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挖掘机，属于建筑机械技术领域。
(二)背景技术
现有的挖掘机都是单挖掘斗的，在使用时，挖掘臂对机身会产生很大的反作用力，使机身在反作用力的推动下发生位移。为了克服反作用里对机身的影响，都要用2-4个固定爪将机身牢牢地固定住，这样不但消耗能量，而且操作麻烦、降低工作效率，还使整个挖掘机显得笨重，固定和移动工作地点困难，使得整个挖掘机工作效率很低。
(三)发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种结构合理、制造容易、操作简单、使用方便、工作效率高、既可做挖掘机又可做装载机用的多功能双斗挖掘机
一种多功能双斗挖掘机，由两个挖掘斗、主液压缸、辅助液压缸组成，两个挖掘斗相对设置，每个挖掘斗分别通过活塞杆和一个主液压缸铰链，在两个挖掘斗上面中间设有一个小臂，小臂通过连杆与两个挖掘斗的液压管铰链，辅助液压缸通过制动杆和小臂铰链，制动杆和辅助液压缸的活塞杆铰链，主液压缸和辅助液压缸与挖掘臂连接。
本实用新型在使用时，可以两个挖掘斗同时相对挖掘，也可以一个作支点、另一个单独挖掘，这两种工作方式都完全克服了单斗挖掘机工作时对机身产生的反冲力的影响，因而机身无须再采取固定措施；他可以在前方及两侧的任何方向上施工而不会对机身产生反冲力。另外，由于本实用新型工作灵活、方便，它还可以作装载机用。

(五)具体实施方式
实施例：本实用新型的结构如图1和图2所示。由两个挖掘斗1、主液压缸2和辅助液压缸3组成，两个挖掘斗1相对设置，每个挖掘斗1分别通过活塞杆4和一个主液压缸2铰链，在两个挖掘斗1的上面中间设有一个小臂5，小臂5通过制动杆8与两个挖掘斗1的液压管7铰链，辅助液压缸3通过制动杆8和小臂5铰链，主液压缸2和辅助液压缸3与挖掘臂连接。

1、一种多功能双斗挖掘机，其特征在于，由两个挖掘斗、主液压缸、辅助液压缸组成，两个挖掘斗相对设置，每个挖掘斗分别通过活塞杆和一个主液压缸铰链，在两个挖掘斗上面中间设有一个小臂，小臂通过连杆与两个挖掘斗的液压管铰链，辅助液压缸通过制动杆和小臂铰链，制动杆和辅助液压缸的活塞杆铰链，主液压缸和辅助液压缸与挖掘臂连接。
