                            技术背景
目前正在矿山使用的细碎破碎机，存在着结构不合理，低效高耗，出料粒细不均匀，无法调节细碎度，破碎比小，不便维修等缺点，不能适应矿山作业生产的需要。
                            发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效低耗节能、可调节出料细碎度的矿山用可调式细碎破碎机。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：转轴上有锤头，转轴下有半圆形的筛板，内壁上装有反击板和衬板，承重爪固定在转轴的上方，筛板的一端连接调节座垫，调节座垫连接调节轴，衬板连接挡料板。
所述的承重爪的爪面带有弧度。
本实用新型的优点是：结构合理，高效低耗，出料粒细均匀，可调节细碎度，破碎比大，方便维修，适应矿山作业生产的需要。

                           具体实施方式
物料经进料口1进入，下落在承重爪2上，被高速旋转的锤头3多次打击，物料经打击后，能通过承重爪2间隙的物料下落又被锤头3打击到反击板上5，反复地打击，再反击，破碎后的部分合格物料通过筛板8直接排出机体，不合格的物料进入下一捶击区，在锤头3的打击、挤压、研磨作用下，物料被进一步的细化，同时，一部分被捶头3带上去的物料，又被衬板9上的挡料板10反击、，直至物料合格后，通过筛板8全部排出机体。
旋转调节轴7带动调节座垫6使筛板8与锤头3始终保持适当合理的间隙，使物料出料的产量、粒细度和动能消耗的最佳，以达到出料粒度更均匀，能耗更低，破碎效率更高。

1.一种矿山用可调式细碎破碎机，转轴上有锤头，转轴下有半圆形的筛板，内壁上装有反击板和衬板，其特征是承重爪固定在转轴的上方，筛板的一端连接调节座垫，调节座垫连接调节轴，衬板连接挡料板。
