Abstract

一种汽车安全自动保护器,涉及汽车行驶中的一种安全自动保护装置。它包括装在汽车头部的光电信息扫描装置即测距扫描仪、碰撞板、碰撞销、液压减震装置、弹簧减震装置,熄火及刹车机构等。其特征是由测距扫描仪捕捉到的信息,或由碰撞销接受到碰撞板的撞击都能立即传给微动互锁开关,断电则熄火,通电,则由微型电机运转带动刹车;并设计有三级剪断螺栓装置实现三级减震。因此,本实用新型能自动熄火、刹车、全面减震,使汽车和人员的安全得到了全面保护。

Description

汽车安全自动保护器
本实用新型涉及一种汽车行驶中的安全自动保护装置。
汽车是当代最普遍的一种交通运输工具,它正在迅速向家庭和个人普及,公路上行驶的车辆越来越多。随之而发生的各种交通事故也越来越多,其中最多的要算是撞车事故了。因此而造成的车毁人亡数量相当惊人。现在的汽车,特别是货运汽车,车头前面尽管都有一个保险杠,但它与汽车车身整体为刚性连接,在发生碰撞事故时,没有真正起到保险作用,其碰撞力直接作用到车上而使车子造成损坏,同时还可能造成人员伤亡。以上问题由中国专利号为97208274.3、题为汽车安全自动保护器的这件专利基本解决。但是这种解决只有在直接碰撞时,由感应杆接受撞击力,再传到执行机构,实现自动熄火和自动刹车,并缓冲其撞击力,以实现汽车的自动保护。它的缺点是必须有接触撞击。在接触撞击时,汽车安全得到了保护,但其保护器的感应杆多少要受到一些损伤。后来,又有中国专利号为00225135·3、题为汽车安全自动保护器的专利,它解决了行驶中的汽车在相碰撞前的瞬间能实现汽车的自动熄火与自动刹车。但是万一车辆相碰撞,即使也能实现自动熄火与刹车,由于惯性力的巨大,有可能还会造成车辆的损伤或人员的伤亡。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车安全自动保护器。这种保护器要能使行驶中的汽车在相碰撞前的瞬间,就能实现汽车的自动熄火与自动刹车,力争把事故消灭在碰撞之前;万一发生碰撞,也能实现自动熄火与刹车,并能同时全面减震,缓和撞击力或消失其撞击力,使汽车和人员的安全得到全面保护。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是在中国专利号为97208274·3、00225135·3、题为汽车安全自动保护器这两件专利的基础上进行技术改进和完善,仍在汽车前装有光电信息扫描装置即测距扫描仪,以捕捉车前障碍信息,装微动互锁开关,以转换信息到熄火和刹车机构;保护器的最前面装接受撞击的碰撞板,其后装碰撞销,以接受撞击信号,传到微动互锁开关,微动互锁开关动作,断电以实现熄火,通电以实现电机运转,带动刹车。因此,在适当部位装有一个微型电机,而且电机输出轴安装有一个滑轮,用它带动刹车。并安装弹簧减震和液压减震装置,以缓冲碰撞产生的撞击力。为了应付巨大的撞击力,再设置有三级剪断螺栓装置,实行三级减震,以全面缓和或消失其撞击力。剪断螺栓装置是由前连接滑板和后连接滑板的组合构成。
由于采用了上述技术解决方案,完全实现了本实用新型的发明目的,即这种汽车安全自动保护器能使行驶中的汽车在相碰撞前的瞬间实现汽车的自动熄火和自动刹车;即使发生了碰撞,同样能立即实现自动熄火与刹车,并能同时进行全面减震,缓和或者消失其撞击力,实现了汽车和人员安全的全面保护。

附图描述的是本实用新型的一个实施例,即把如图1所示的汽车安全自动保护器装在汽车前头,对行驶中的汽车进行安全自动保护。这种安全自动保护器,包括装在车头前的光电信息扫描装置即测距扫描仪、微动互锁开关、刹车装置,还包括弹簧减震和液压减震装置等。为把测距扫描仪捕捉到的信号迅速传到熄火、刹车的执行机构,除了装微动互锁开关外,还安装一个微型电机,电机输出轴安装一个小滑轮,由滑轮带动刹车拉绳执行刹车。当测距扫描仪捕促到障碍信号,微动互锁开关立即动作,断电,则熄火,通电,则电机运转,带动刹车拉绳刹车,这就实现了汽车碰撞前的自动熄火与刹车。
万一上述光电扫描装置——测距扫描仪故障失灵,车辆发生碰撞,这时就由碰撞板14接受撞击力,首先传到碰撞销15,再由碰撞销带动微动互锁开关,立即断电,则熄火,通电则电机运转,带动拉绳刹车,这就实现了汽车碰撞时的首先熄火与刹车。其碰撞所产生的撞击力由弹簧减震系统和液压减震系统来缓和或消失。除此外,还特别设置了三级剪断螺栓装置,对巨大的撞击力实行三级减震。具体说,每剪断一个螺栓,就实现一次减震,三个螺栓,紧接着分三次剪断而减震,这就大大地缓和甚至消失了撞击力,使行车安全得到了全面可靠的保护。
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步予以详细说明。图1、图2和图3所描述的是本实用新型的整体结构示意图,由前槽钢16为主体的前部件组成4和以后槽钢20为主体的后部件组成1,两者之间装有缓冲弹簧3为主的弹簧减震系统和液压减震装置,其缓冲弹簧3布置2-4个,本实施例为3个。液压减震装置一般对称安2套。弹簧系统上面盖缓冲弹簧盖板2,以保护其清洁并起装饰作用。部件组成4的下面(从图面上看,从实际安装看在上面)布设一块产品标牌装饰板5,再下面由连接管6将左右立板9连接固定成一体,左右侧管焊接组成8分别与左右立板焊接相连,左右立板上加立板盖7,使产品更加美观。前部件组成4和后部件组成1之间由前连接滑板10和后连接滑板22连接成一体,前部件组成4中的前槽钢16内布设2-4个弹簧固定套17,本实施例为三个弹簧固定套17;相应在后部件组成1中的后槽钢20内布设2-4弹簧固定套23,本实施例为三个弹簧固定套23,将缓冲弹簧3装在上述固定套上,这就构成了弹簧减震系统。前述碰撞销15安装在前槽钢16上,该碰撞销装在一个弹簧套内,弹簧座12套装弹簧13,后面用堵头11堵住,由于弹簧13的作用,碰撞锁15是常伸出槽钢面的,只有当碰撞板14接受到撞击时,销才向后收缩,一旦销向后收缩,就起动微动互锁开关,断电,则熄火,通电,则带动电机运转,拉动刹车机构刹车。微动互锁开关装在微动互锁开关座18上。后部件组成中以后槽钢20为主,其上(从图面看)安装2块后连接滑板22,其下固定2块安装板21,其两侧各固定1块安装板19,这些安装板都与汽车大梁连接固定。后槽钢20的两端各用堵头24封住。
前述前连接滑板10牢牢地固定于前槽钢16,后连接滑板22牢牢地固定于后槽钢20,其前后连接滑板既是前后槽钢的连接件,又由其构成三级剪断螺栓装置。具体说来,在前连接滑板10的下一半均布4个螺栓光孔28,如图8所示,分两排布置,下部一排孔的中心到边缘的距离为一个螺栓的直径,光孔的水平中心距离与后连接滑板22两条通槽的中心距离要完全相等。在后连接滑板22的上部竖直布有2条通槽25和26,该通槽的两端均为半圆弧形,且一条通槽比另一条通槽的长度大一个螺栓直径,两条通槽上部平齐,在长度不齐一端的中间位置与通槽两端圆弧中心的连线上开一个螺栓光孔27,如图9所示。
前后连接滑板构成三级剪断螺栓装置如图10所示。图很清楚地描述了三级剪断螺栓的原理与过程,即在后连接滑板22的光孔27中装一个螺栓,前连接滑板10的下端紧靠其螺栓,将4个光孔分别两边对准通槽,再在4个光孔28中,装上4个螺栓,这样就由4个螺栓将前后连接滑板连接起来,在撞击力的冲击下,二者相对可以滑动,故称滑板,前连接滑板为主动,后连接滑板为被动。只要当滑动开始,首先剪切光孔27中的螺栓,当该螺栓被完全剪断,左边通槽26中下端的螺栓紧接着被剪切,当它被完全剪断后,右边通槽25下端的螺栓又紧接着被剪切,直到剪断。这就分三级缓冲和消失其碰撞力。加上弹簧系统和液压系统减震,能使其行驶车辆碰撞后的撞击力得到彻底的缓和或消失,从而使行驶车辆和人员的安全得到完全的保护。

Claims (6)

1、一种汽车安全自动保护器,包括装在汽车前的光电信息扫描装置即测距扫描仪,弹簧减震装置,液压减震装置,熄火、刹车机构等,其特征是:
a、装有微动互锁开关;
b、在适当位置安装一个微型电机,其电机输出轴安装一个滑轮;
c、保护器的最前面装设接受撞击的碰撞板[14],在其后的前槽钢[16]上设有碰撞销[15];
d、设置有分三级减震的三级剪断螺栓装置。
2、按权利要求1所述的汽车安全自动保护器,其特征是微动互锁开关装在前槽钢[16]内的微动互锁开关座[18]上;
3、按权利要求1所述的汽车安全自动保护器,其特征是所述的三级剪断螺栓装置是由前连接滑板[10]和后连接滑板[22]组合而成;
4、按权利要求1或3所述的汽车安全自动保护器,其特征是前连接滑板[10]的一半均布有4个螺栓光孔[28]。
5、按权利要求1或3所述汽车安全自动保护器,其特征是后连接滑板[22]上部竖直布有2条通槽[26]和[25],该通槽的两端均为半圆弧形,且一条通槽比另一条通槽的长度大一个螺栓直径,在两条通槽长度不齐一端的中间位置与通槽两端圆弧中心的连线上开一个螺栓光孔[27]。
6、按权利要求1或3所述汽车安全自动保护器,其特征是所述前连接滑板[10]上的光孔分2排布置,下部一排孔的中心到边缘的距离为一个螺栓的直径,其水平中心距离与后连接滑板[22]上两条通槽的中心距离完全相等。
