Abstract
烟薰烤炉，包括壳体(3)，内锅(2)，锅盖(1)，内锅外部包覆有电热元件，其特征在于：内锅底部两侧设有凸台(6)，烤架(5)搭放在凸台上。使用时将烟料置于内锅底部或凸台边上，即可在烘烤食物的同时，对食物进行烟熏加工，结构简单，使用方便。

本实用新型属一种烟薰烤炉。
背景技术
熏烤食物需要进行烤制和烟熏加工过程，现有的电烤炉通常只有烤制功能，没有烟熏功能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种除具有烤制功能，还可以在烤制过程中对食物进行烟熏处理的烟熏烤炉。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图)：本实用新型包括壳体(3)，内锅(2)，锅盖(1)，内锅外部包覆有电热元件，其特征在于：内锅底部两侧设有凸台(6)，烤架(5)搭放在凸台上。
本实用新型的使用方法是：在内锅底部或凸台边上放上烟木材料，把放有食物的烤架放在凸台上，盖上锅盖，即可接通电源烤制食物，在烤制过程中，烟木材料在高温下产生烟雾，对烘烤的食物进行熏制。
本实用新型可在烘烤食物的同时，对食物进行烟熏加工，结构简单，使用方便。

具体实施方案：
本例内锅底部两侧设置的凸台6是在四个角部各设一个凸起的台阶，烤架5搭置于凸台上。凸台可在加工内锅时冲压形成。
于本实施例之外，所述凸台也可是在内锅底两侧各设置一条凸起的台阶，烤架5搭置于凸台上。
