Abstract

烟熏烤炉，包括壳体(1)，内锅(2)，锅盖(3)，内锅外部包覆有电热元件，其特征在于：内锅里活动放有周边设有翘起侧壁的烤盘(4)，烤盘与内锅底面之间设有高出内锅底面、且直径小于烤盘及内锅底面直径的支撑环(5)。本实用新型可在烘烤食物的同时，对食物进行熏制加工，烤盘能积蓄食物在加工过程中流出的油液，防止其流到下部的烟料中引起明火，具有结构简单，使用方便的优点。

本实用新型属一种有烟熏功能的电烤炉。
背景技术
熏烤制食物需要进行烤制和烟熏加工过程，现有的电烤炉通常只有烤制功能，没有烟熏功能。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种除具有烤制功能，还可以在烤制过程中对食物进行烟熏处理的烟熏烤炉。
解决上述问题的技术方案是(参见实施例图)：本实用新型包括壳体(1)，内锅(2)，锅盖(3)，内锅外部包覆有电热元件，其特征在于：内锅里活动放有周边设有翘起侧壁的烤盘(4)，烤盘与内锅底面之间设有高出内锅底面、且直径小于烤盘及内锅底面直径的支撑环(5)。
本实用新型的使用方法是：在烤盘下部支撑环周围放入烟木材料，把食物放在烤盘上，盖上锅盖，即可接通电源烤制食物，在烤制过程中，烟木材料在高温下产生烟雾，对烘烤的食物进行熏制。
本实用新型可在烘烤食物的同时，对食物进行熏制加工，烤盘能积蓄食物在加工过程中流出的油液，防止其流到下部的烟料中引起明火，具有结构简单，使用方便的优点。

具体实施方案
实施例1(参见图1、图2、图3)
本例的支撑环5与烤盘4、内锅2为分体结构，支撑环为上下开口的扁圆筒形，侧壁为网状结构。本例的烤盘和支撑环可分开取出或放入内锅。
实施例2(参见图4、图5)
本例的支撑环5与内锅2锅底连为一体：内锅2锅底中部向上凸起，形成环形凸起台阶，环形台阶上端面为封闭平面，烤盘4放置在该平面上。本例凸起的环形台阶可在加工内锅时冲压制成。
实施例3(参见图6、图7)
本例的支撑环5上端面与烤盘底部连为一体，可随烤盘一起取出。

Claims (4)

1、烟熏烤炉，包括壳体(1)，内锅(2)，锅盖(3)，内锅外部包覆有电热元件，其特征在于：内锅里活动放有周边设有翘起侧壁的烤盘(4)，烤盘与内锅底面之间设有高出内锅底面、且直径小于烤盘及内锅底面直径的支撑环(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的烟熏烤炉，其特征在于：所述的支撑环(5)与烤盘(4)、内锅(2)为分体结构，支撑环为上下开口的扁圆筒形。
3、根据权利要求1所述的烟熏烤炉，其特征在于：支撑环(5)与内锅(2)锅底连为一体：内锅(2)锅底中部向上凸起，形成环形凸起台阶，环形台阶上端面为封闭平面，烤盘(4)放置在该平面上。
4、根据权利要求1所述的烟熏烤炉，其特征在于：所述的支撑环(5)上端面与烤盘底部连为一体。
