Abstract
餐饮业产生的废水一般不经净化处理直接排放下水道,造成江河污染日益严重,本设备有脱水、重力分离、电解三部分组成,处理后将水中的固态有机物、乳化油和溶解油进行了分离,达到了国家的排放标准。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种废水净化设备,特别是适用于餐饮业的废水净化设备。
餐饮业产生的废水中主要含有固态有机物和液态浮油乳化油及溶解油,而目前一般不加处理直接排入下水道,对水环境造成污染。为了解决这个问题,通常的做法是污水进入下水道前加隔油池,排除一部分固体物及浮油,但对细颗粒有机物和乳化油溶解油无法处理。
本实用新型的目的是要求提供一种改进的废水净化设备,他能对餐饮业排放的污水进行净化,达到国家的排放标准。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:将脱水、重力分离、电解三部分装置组合成一个净化设备。脱水在前、重力分离居中电解在后,脱水与重力分离之间设置一布水槽,重力分离的出水口和电解的进水口直通。脱水采用离心式脱水机,重力分离采用斜管形式,电解采用电凝聚装置。斜管底部和电解槽上部各设一排渣口。
本实用新型因为采用了脱水将固液分离,用斜管进行重力分离使油浮上、水流下,然后再进行电解将剩余乳化油溶解油析出成絮状物,并随电解时产生的汽泡升浮至液面,实现水的净化。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及其附图给出。
图1是根据本实用新型提出的一种废水净化设备结构示意图。
下面结合附图详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体结构及工作情况。
图中1、电机;2、脱水机;3、布水槽;4、斜管;5、浮渣排出口;6、沉渣出口;7、电凝聚装置;8、净水排出口;9、重力分离出水口、电解进水口;该设备由电机(1)、脱水筒(2)组成一个离心式脱水装置,将固体分离,出水进入布水槽(3),由布水槽(3)、斜管(4)沉渣排出口(6)组成一个重力分离装置,布水槽(3)将脱水处理后的水象瀑布式漫流进斜管(4)、由于重力原理废水流经斜管(4)油浮在上面,水流下进入重力分离出水口(9),在重力分离底部设置沉渣排出口(6),目的是将沉淀下来的废渣排出,从重力分离出水口来水的直接进入电解,电解采用电凝聚装置(7),所谓电凝聚是利用电解原理将水中浮化油和溶解油电解析出的絮状物(超细颗粒)并随着水被电解产生的气泡升腾而凝聚在液面,然后由浮渣排出口(5)排出,净水便经净水排出口(8)排放。

1.一种适用于餐饮业的油水分离设备,该设备有脱水、重力分离、电解三部分组成,其特征在于脱水在前、重力分离居中,电解在后,脱水与重力分离之间设置一布水槽、重力分离的出水口和电解的进水口直通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于脱水采用离心式脱水机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于电解采用电凝聚装置、电解上部设一排渣口。
