Claims (2)
- 슬러지가 투입되는 투입부(111)와 슬러지가 가압부상되어 배출되는 배출부(112)를 갖는 탱크(110)와, 상기 탱크(110)의 내부에 길이방향으로 직립되게 설치되고 감속부(121)에 의해 회전되는 교반기(120)와, 상기 탱크(110)의 내부 바닥측에 구비되어 탱크(110)의 내부에 공기를 분기하는 공기분기부(130)를 갖는 가압부상조(100)와;상기 가압부상조(100)의 일측에 위치되어 탱크(110)의 배출부(112)와 연결된 연결관(211)이 내부로 장입되는 몸체(210)와, 상기 몸체(210)의 내부에 구비되어 모터(221)의 구동력에 의해 회전되고 내주면에 나선상으로 스크류날(222)이 용착되며 둘레면을 따라 다수개의 배수공(223)이 통공된 회전원통망(220)과, 상기 몸체(210)의 내부로 장입된 연결관(211)에 일측이 연결되고 타측은 상기 회전원통망(220)의 내측면에 근접되어 연결관(211)을 통해 이동되는 슬러지의 배출이 회전원통망(220)에 근접되게 배출되도록 하는 배출관(230)과, 상기 몸체(210)의 하부측에 구비되어 회전원통망(220)에 의해 분리되는 폐수가 추출되는 폐수추출부(240)와, 상기 몸체(210)의 하부 일측에 구비되어 회전원통망(220)에 의해 회전전진 되면서 농축되는 슬러지 농축액이 배출되는 농축액 추출부(250)를 갖는 농축조(200);가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압부상식 농축기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회전원통망(220)의 배수공(223) 일단에는 회전원통망(220)의 회전에 의해 회전전진하는 슬러지의 진행방향이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 경사진 경사편(224)이 상기 회전원통망의 내측방향으로 더 절곡되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가압부상식 농축기.
