Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种加工复合地板用金刚石预切刀。其设有多齿圆盘式刀片,其技术特点是每三个相邻的齿为一组,其中一个齿为正前角(+γ),两个齿为负前角(－γ),负前角齿设有侧隙角(+θ),负前角的齿在轴向高于有正前角的齿,负前角的齿在径向低于正前角的齿。本实用新型使用方便,硬度高,不易磨损,可对复合地板强化层进行预加工,并且加工成本低。

加工复合地板用金刚石预切刀
本实用新型涉及一种切削工具，具体地说是一种加工复合地板用金刚石预切刀。
我们知道，强化复合地板是在高密度板的表面热压一层三氧化二铝微粉，达到了不离木地板的基体而表面比木地板耐磨和美观的目的。三氧化二铝本身是一种磨料，而常被制成砂轮用于钢铁材质的磨削。该磨料本身硬度高，耐磨性好，这对强化复全地板本身的加工提出了新的课题，若用硬质合金刀具来切割，由于刀具磨损快，无法实现，而用其它金刚石刀具切割，一方面加工精度无法保证，另一方面，刀具损耗量大，从而也带来了加工成本的提高。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足，提供一种使用方便，硬度高，不易磨损，可对复合地板强化层进行预加工，并且加工成本低的复合地板加工用金刚石预切刀。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型可通过如下措施来实现：设有多齿圆盘式刀片，其技术特点是每三个相邻的齿为一组，其中一个齿为正前角(+γ)，两个齿为负前角(-γ)，负前角齿设有侧隙角(+θ)，负前角的齿在轴向高于有正前角的齿，负前角的齿在径向低于正前角的齿。
本实用新型使用方便，硬度高，不易磨损，可对复合地板强化层进行预加工，并且加工成本低。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述：

图2是正前角齿与负前角齿的结构对比示意图。
从图1、图2中可以看出，本实用新型为十二齿刀盘，分为两组，每三个齿为一组，每三齿中有一个齿1为正前角(+γ)，两个齿2、3为负前角(-γ)，负前角齿加工有侧隙角(+θ)，负前角齿在轴向高于正前角齿a，负前角齿在径向低于正前角齿a·tgβ，β为齿顶角，按旋向方向两个负前角齿位于正前角齿之前，负前角齿主要切削强化复合层，刀齿强度高；正前角齿主要切削高密度板，刃锋利。使用该预切刀可有效地保证强化复合地板的直线度要求。
