本实用新型涉及滚齿机的一种滚刀,特别是一种滚齿效率更高的滚刀,属于齿轮制造领域。
背景技术
滚刀是最常用的齿轮刀具,每一模数的滚刀可以滚切任意齿数的齿轮,是一种多刃的连续切削的刀具,生产效率较高,但现有滚刀的刀齿数量较少,限制其进一步提高工作效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了进一步提高工作效率,设计一种工作效率更高的高效滚刀。
本实用新型的高效滚刀,主要是在每个刀齿上设有主刀齿和附刀齿。对于模数大于8的滚刀,可在主刀齿的顶端中部设有V形分屑槽,附刀齿的顶端两侧设有V形分屑槽。为了便于进刀,可在滚刀的切入端设有10-20度的切削锥。
本实用新型的高效滚刀,由于将传统滚刀的刀齿数增加了一倍,具有工作效率高、齿轮加工质量好、刀具使用寿命长和性价比高等优点,适合在滚齿机上广泛使用。

具体实施方式
参见附图,图1中的1是刀齿,2是容屑槽,3是切削锥,主刀齿与附刀齿设在同一蜗杆面上。为了便于进刀,在滚刀的切入端设有10-20度的切削锥3。对于左旋滚刀,其切削锥做在右端;对于右旋滚刀,其切削锥做在左端。图2是图1的A向视图,图2中的4是附刀齿,5是附容屑槽,6是主刀齿,7是主容屑槽。附刀齿4设在主刀齿6的后部,在附刀齿4与主刀齿6之间增设有附容屑槽5,附容屑槽5的深度约为主容屑槽7的一半,实际上相当于将现有的一个刀齿改为两个刀齿。对于模数大于8的滚刀,可在主刀齿的顶端中部设有V形分屑槽8,其结构如图3所示,附刀齿的顶端两侧设有V形分屑槽9,其结构如图4所示。由于滚刀的圆周刀排数增加了1倍,可使每个刀齿的切削屑厚度大为下降,可将轴向走刀速度提高到普通滚刀的1-2倍,所以其效率是普通滚刀的1-2倍。滚齿时,齿轮的齿面被滚刀刀齿包络的数量增多,齿面鱼鳞状滚齿波纹较密,齿面的波纹高度大大降低,使齿轮的齿面光洁度高。又因附刀齿同主刀齿一样有效的承担了切削载荷,使每个刀齿的刀尖承受的切削力降低,减少了刀具磨损,延长了刀具使用寿命,同时也延长了刀具重磨的时间间隔,也能有效的提高工作效率。具有工作效率高、齿轮加工质量好、刀具使用寿命长和性价比高等优点,适合在滚齿机上广泛使用。

1、一种高效滚刀,其特征在于每个刀齿上设有主刀齿和附刀齿。
2、如权利要求1所述的高效滚刀,其特征在于主刀齿的顶端中部设有V形分屑槽,附刀齿的顶端两侧设有V形分屑槽。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的高效滚刀,其特征在于滚刀切入端设有10-20度的切削锥。
