本实用新型公开了一种四轮滑板车,包括车体、方向盘、拉杆片、轮架及车轮等构件,其车轮枢接在轮架上,方向盘固接一可枢接立杆的旋转杆,并穿枢在车体上,其中车体前段两侧各突伸一突块,拉杆片为一固接有立杆的板体,并在与立杆呈三角形的另两顶点上设一可枢接拉杆一端的孔,轮架与车体的突块枢接,且拉杆的另一端也枢接在轮架上,由此可知,转动方向盘即可旋转立杆并连动拉杆片,进而连动拉杆使轮架转动。

Description

一种四轮滑板车
本实用新型涉及滑板车,尤指一种四轮滑板车。
现有的滑板车是在一车架前后各枢设一轮胎,并在车架中段适当处设一脚踏板,以供使用者一脚踏在脚踏板上,另一脚踩踏地面将滑板车撑向前方,当滑板车向前滑行时,使用者可双脚均收踏在脚踏板上,待滑板车速度减慢至将停时,再将另一脚踩踏地面将滑板车撑向前方,再将双脚均收踏在脚踏板上,如此反覆操作,即可达到运动与休闲的双重目的,但,此构造只能平顺地撑滑单向前进,不能转向,趣味性较少,且对青少年而言,缺乏刺激性,因此,有人在滑板车上增设一把手及一转轴使得前轮可以转向,但因转轴是通过其两侧直接枢接的拉杆来拉轮体的,当轮体向前行进时,转轴与拉杆的枢接点呈一直线,转动把手则会导致轮体转向角度与把手转动角度不对应,以至转动方向不确定。
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的即要提供一种可使滑板车连动一致、转向确定的四轮滑板车。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采取的技术解决方案是:一种四轮滑板车包括车体、方向盘、拉杆片、轮架及车轮等构件,其车轮枢接在轮架上,方向盘固接一可枢接一立杆的旋转杆,并穿枢在车体上,其中,车体的前段两侧各突伸一突块,拉杆片为一板体,且立杆的底端固接在此板体上,并在与立杆位置呈三角形的另两顶点处各设一可枢接一拉杆一端的孔,轮架与车体的突块枢接,且前述拉杆的另一端也枢接在轮架上。
另外,车体的突块设有一贯穿孔,轮架为一连续弯折板,由两个平行的水平板及二者中间固连一垂直板而成,水平板上各设一贯穿孔,且水平板上还设一可枢接拉杆另一端的凸耳,并搭配一螺栓枢接突块及水平板上的贯穿孔,同时在轮架的垂直板上也设一贯穿孔,且车轮与该贯穿孔枢接。
由于采用上述结构,本实用新型与习用产品相比,只需转动其方向盘即可旋转立杆并连动拉杆片,进而连动拉杆使轮架转动,可达到立即连动转向的增进功效。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的详细描述。

首先,如图1所示,本实用新型包括车体1、方向盘2、拉杆片3、轮架4及车轮5等构件,其中:
车体1的前段两侧各突伸一突块11,该突块11纵向设一贯穿孔111,另外在车体1的前段还设有一较大的贯穿孔12;
方向盘2的下方固接一旋转杆21,旋转杆21的外侧可套接一套筒24,且旋转杆21的下端用一销23(或铆钉或螺栓等)与固接在拉杆片3上的立杆22的上端枢接(套筒24也可套接在立杆22的外侧),另在立杆22的近上端附近设一孔221,以便套设一垫块26及一补强筒25,再用一螺栓251即可将补强筒25固定在立杆22的近上端,因该补强筒25的内径比套筒24的外径稍大,可套入套筒24;
拉杆片3为一板体,立杆22的底端固接在此板体上,并在与立杆22位置呈三角形的另两顶点处各设一孔(未标号)以枢接一拉杆31的一端;
轮架4为一连续弯折板,由二平行的水平板41、42及二者中间固连一垂直板43而成,水平板41、42上各设一贯穿孔411、421,并搭配一螺栓44实施,另水平板42还设一凸耳422以枢接拉杆31的另一端,垂直板43也设有一贯穿孔431;
车轮5设有一轮轴51。
当本实用新型组合时,如图1、2所示,车轮5借其轮轴51与轮架4的贯穿孔431枢接,轮架4通过螺栓44穿枢其水平板41、42上的贯穿孔411、421及车体1的突块11上的贯穿孔111而与车体1枢接在一起,拉杆片3上的立杆22穿越车体1的贯穿孔12后,再穿组垫块26、补强筒25及套筒24,最后用销23与方向盘2的旋转杆21枢接,此时方向盘2的旋转杆21与拉杆板3即可同步动作。
在其具体实施时,如图3所示,旋转方向盘2,拉杆片3即绕立杆22为中心旋转,从而拉动拉杆31,拉杆31再拉动轮架4的水平板42的凸耳422,使得轮架4也被拉动转向,继而使轮体5转向。

1、一种四轮滑板车,包括车体、方向盘、拉杆片、轮架及车轮等构件,其中车轮枢接在轮架上,方向盘固接一可枢接一立杆的旋转杆,并穿枢在车体上,其特征在于:车体的前段两侧各突伸一突块,拉杆片为一板体,且立杆的底端固接在此板体上,并在与立杆位置呈三角形的另两顶点处各设一可枢接一拉杆一端的孔,轮架与车体的突块枢接,且前述拉杆的另一端也枢接在轮架上。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种四轮滑板车,其特征在于:车体的突块设一贯穿孔,轮架为一连续弯折板,由两个平行的水平板及二者中间固连一垂直板而成,水平板上各设一贯穿孔,且水平板上还设一可枢接拉杆另一端的凸耳,并搭配一螺栓枢接突块及水平板上的贯穿孔。
3、如权利要求2所述的一种四轮滑板车,其特征在于:轮架的垂直板也设一贯穿孔,且车轮与该贯穿孔枢接。
