汽车离合器分泵
本实用新型涉及一种汽车离器分泵。
原汽车上的离合器分泵都采用液压系分泵带动挺杆,挺杆带动杠杆而将设于滑道上的分离轴承滑动,该装置结构复杂。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述汽车离合器分泵进行改进,提供一种无需通过挺杆、杠杆的离合器分泵装置,即直接将液压分泵装于离合器盘的轴心线上,使其成简单化的汽车离合器的分泵。
本实用新型为汽车离合器分泵,为达到上述目的,采用了以下技术方案。该分泵主要由内套及设于内套外的外套组成,外套上还设有推力轴承,内套和外套的二台肩上还各设有橡胶密封碗,橡胶密封碗之间设有油腔室,油腔室通过设于外套下方的进油孔与离合器总泵管相连,外套上方还设有排空气孔,排空气孔与油腔室相连,在使用中用螺杆堵住。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:1.结构简单,即省去传统结构中的杆杆装置,即将原液压系分泵的作用力直接作用于离合器盘的轴心线上。2.减轻离合器体系的磨损。3减轻驾驶员分离用力。4.节省材料、减少成本。5.改善原分离行程较小的功能。本实用新型适用于汽车离合器。

如图所示,本实用新型由带外台肩的内套1和设于内套1外面带内台肩的外套2组成,外套2上设有推力轴承3,内套1和外套2二台肩之间设有相对二只橡胶密封碗4,橡胶密封碗4内为油腔室7,油腔室7通过设于外套2上的进油孔6与离合器总泵管相接,内套1的端部还设有挡圈8,外套2上还设有排空气孔5,排空气孔5与油腔室7相通,外套2可在内套1上随油压而滑动,挡圈8限止外套2的行程。本实用新型适用于汽车离合器。

1.一种汽车离合器分泵,主要由带外台臂的内套(1)和设于内套(1)外的带内台臂的外套(2)组成,外套(2)上设有推力轴承(3),其特征在于外套(2)和内套(1)之间还设有橡胶密封碗(4),橡胶密封碗(4)内为油腔室(7),油腔室(7)通过设于外套(2)下方的进油孔(6)与离合器总泵管相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车离合器分泵,其特征在于外套(2)上方还设有排空气孔(5),排空气孔(5)与油腔室(7)相通。
