液体导流器新结构
本实用新型涉及一种液体——如水等的处理装置,尤其是一种液体导流器新结构。
目前使用的液体导流器外壳,其内圆面的导流槽或是直槽、或是由一块块的内螺旋圆环段镶嵌在一起构成的。直槽内圆面的液体流动不均匀;而镶嵌内螺旋圆环段在一起构成的导流槽成本高、制造工艺较为复杂,密封性差,导流槽间容易产生压力偏差,导致液体流过圆环段的间隔区时处理不完全、失去处理装置的意义。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种液体导流器新结构,以便使导流器内的液体流动均匀而制造工艺又较为简单。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的液体导流器新结构,其导流器外壳内圆面的导流槽是整体成型的并呈螺旋线形。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有液体导流效果好、制造工艺较为简单、成本低廉的优点。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图。
如图1所示,本实用新型的液体导流器新结构,其导流器外壳1内圆面的导流槽2呈螺旋线形,导流器外壳1内圆面的螺旋线形导流槽2是整体成型的,导流器芯3与导流器外壳1之间的液体沿导流槽2流动,流动的液体随着流动距离的增加,其在导流器中的滞留时间也随之增加,这样又提高了液体的处理效果。
