技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油开采井下作业工具,特别涉及一种安全双向洗井阀。
背景技术
目前,石油开采中解决电泵井电泵吸入口处堵塞问题,一般采取大排量反洗井,冲刷电泵吸入口,解除堵塞。这种方法可产生一定效果,但同时存在着如下缺点或不足:①大部分洗井液从油套环空进入地层,污染油层;②洗井液利用率低;③洗井液流动方向与电泵产液流动方向一致,洗井效果差,洗井有效期极短,往往随着油井的生产,在几天内又恢复到原来的堵塞状态;④反洗井时洗井液对电泵电缆的损伤极大。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安全双向洗井阀,采用阀座上安装阀球和弹簧,阀座下安装蝶形弹簧,构成双向阀结构,既能双向过流,又能有效地克服或避免上述现有技术中存在的缺点或不足。 
本实用新型所述的安全双向洗井阀,包括壳体、压帽、弹簧、阀座、剪钉、蝶形弹簧、阀球,其特征在于所述壳体内安装有阀座,阀座上部安装有压帽,压帽内安装有弹簧、阀球,阀座下部安装有蝶形弹簧。 
其中,所述壳体下部设有一内环台,其上坐落蝶形弹簧。所述阀座由剪钉与壳体相固定。所述阀座上部设有内腔,其外螺纹与压帽相连接,其内腔中安装有阀球和弹簧。阀座下部为管状体,蝶形弹簧安装于该管状体与壳体的环空中。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下优点: 
1、可以实现小排量正洗井,既洗井液从油管内小排量挤入,注入少量洗井液,用清水顶替,使洗井液从油管挤入电泵并浸泡,再加大排量,反冲泵吸入口,解除堵塞。
2、能有效利用所有洗井液,可大量节省洗井液; 
3、液流可双向流动,可进行正反向洗井,用于电泵生产时,液流动方向与电泵产液流动方向相反,增加洗井效果。

具体实施方式:
参阅图1,一种安全双向洗井阀,包括壳体1、压帽2、弹簧3、阀座4 、剪钉5、蝶形弹簧6、阀球7,壳体1内安装有阀座4,阀座4上部安装有压帽2,压帽2内安装有弹簧3、阀球7,阀座4下部安装有蝶形弹簧6。
壳体1下部设有一内环台,其上坐落蝶形弹簧6。阀座4由剪钉5与壳体1相固定。阀座4上部设有内腔,其外螺纹与压帽2相连接,其内腔中安装有阀球7和弹簧3。阀座4下部为管状体,蝶形弹簧6安装于该管状体与壳体1的环空中。 
使用时,连接在泵上部,与管柱一起下入井中。油管正打压至18-22Mpa,封隔器座封,开井生产。开采一定时间,当需要正洗井时,从油管正打压18-22Mpa,剪断剪钉5,阀座4在压力作用下向下移动,打开正洗井通道,洗井液自上而下流动,以6-10Mpa压力进行正洗井。正洗井结束后,由于油管中没有了压力, 蝶形弹簧6上顶阀座4,封闭正洗井通道,起到单向阀的作用,即可开泵正常生产。

1.一种安全双向洗井阀,包括壳体、压帽、弹簧、阀座、剪钉、蝶形弹簧、阀球,其特征在于所述壳体内安装有阀座,阀座上部安装有压帽,压帽内安装有弹簧、阀球,阀座下部安装有蝶形弹簧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全双向洗井阀,其特征在于所述壳体下部设有一内环台,其上坐落蝶形弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全双向洗井阀,其特征在于所述阀座由剪钉与壳体相固定。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的安全双向洗井阀,其特征在于所述阀座上部设有内腔,其外螺纹与压帽相连接,其内腔中安装有阀球和弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全双向洗井阀,其特征在于阀座下部为管状体,蝶形弹簧安装于该管状体与壳体的环空中。
