本发明属于水力发电技术领域,具体涉及一种水电站压力钢管进口渐变段。
背景技术
传统的水电站压力钢管进口渐变段的过流面是由长方形直接过渡到圆形,由于体形过渡突然会引起水流不平稳,水头损失大的问题。因此对进口渐变段进行体型优化十分必要。目前还没有发现文献资料有关解决和改善此问题的阐述。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种水电站进水口钢管的渐变段,以解决现有技术存在的水力条件不佳等问题。
解决上述技术问题的技术方案是:
一种水电站压力钢管进口渐变段,该渐变段的过流面进口形状是长方形、出口形状是圆形,在长方形和圆形之间由正方形和八边形过渡。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型钢管渐变段过流面形状过渡自然,在原有渐变段上进行了改进,增加了正方形和八角形的过渡面,避免了过渡突兀的问题,改善了流态,减小了水头损失。
