Abstract

搬运货架,用于储物、搬运,包括一载物平面,平面上设有多个凹孔,凹孔向下延伸形成货架支撑脚,支撑脚之间间隙形成纵横通道。货架堆放时,支撑脚与平面上凹孔契合,可以节省堆放空间。支撑脚间形成的通道,便于叉车运输。该货架可由塑料模压而成,易于大量制造。且不会受潮、虫蛀、腐烂,经久耐用。

搬运货架
本实用新型涉及一种货架。
目前，仓储、搬运用的货架，一般都采用木材或金属等材料。木制货架通常由木板钉制而成，结构粗糙，表面的毛刺、钉子易划伤搬运者，而且占用空间大、易受潮、虫蛀、腐烂，而且现在森林资源日益匮乏，木材制品向深度加工发展，因此耗费大量木材制作货架这种粗放型产品，不符合国家产业和环境保护政策。金属货架虽然具有坚固耐用、表面光滑的特点，但制品笨重，不易堆放，且价格较贵，不利于大量使用。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种容易堆放、搬运，不占空间的搬运货架。
搬运货架，包括一载物平面，平面上设有多个凹孔，凹孔向下延伸形成货架支撑脚，支撑脚之间间隙形成纵横通道。
该搬运货架由载物平面和支撑脚构成，能满足储物的要求。货架堆放时，支撑脚与平面上凹孔契合，可以节省堆放空间。支撑脚间形成的通道，便于叉车运输。该货架由塑料模压而成，成本低，易于大量制造，且不会受潮、虫蛀、腐烂，经久耐用。

搬运货架，如图1所示，具有一平整的载物平面1，用于承载货物。平面上开设有多个凹孔2，凹孔2向下延伸形成多个支撑脚3，支撑脚3规则排列，支撑脚间的空隙形成纵横的通道4，通道4的间距符合叉车叉臂的规格，便于叉车搬运。
货架堆放时，将支撑脚3放入凹孔2垒起，节省堆放空间。货架可用工程塑料作为材料模压而成，重量轻、表面光滑，价格低，宜于大量使用。
