Abstract

一种预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,包括造型主体、与在造型主体内容置的至少一个支撑物,且造型主体具有容置叉举栈板结构所需的横沟槽,此横沟槽恰可放入长型的横条,使栈板结构在地面置放货物以及叉举货物离开地面时,更能增强栈板结构的钢性及承载力;造型主体设置有直立槽,可恰好符合支撑物外型来设置,使造型主体上支撑物不易位移松动,同时在承载货物时提供了支撑钢性和叉举钢性,并可提供支撑物避免受潮及生锈等抗候性能,同时借由支撑物的放置数量、材质、形状、厚薄等改变,得以设定出不同的所需承载力。

Description

预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构 技术领域
本发明是关于一种栈板结构,特别为一种预设造型以置入支撑物来提供不同的强化结构的栈板结构,其可大量减少栈板结构的组装及紧固工作,并减低栈板组装成本又可简单的适配不同承载力以因应不同承载需求。
背景技术
为了方便一次搬运大量货物,有发展出将货物放置于架体上,再由动力机械移动架体,而同时搬运所承载货物的概念,相应于此故栈板便因此而产生;栈板为扁平状的架体,其下方具有穿设空间,以使动力机械(如堆高机)的货叉能穿入的穿设空间,而由下方将栈板托起来进行搬运。
木制栈板大部份是以天然木材为原料制造,虽具有优异的负重能力,但是过于笨重且易发黑、发霉及生虫蛀,而需要人工翻新维护;尤其世界各国政府有越来越多地限制使用各种形式的木制包材,当然也包括木栈板;例如国际植物保护公约(简称IPPC),为了阻止害虫,使用者必须符合ISPM 15(国际植物检疫措施标准第15号)的规范,所以在处理过程中必须增加昂贵的费用和复杂繁琐程序,同时也提高了货物进出口的风险,甚至有可能被拒绝入关造成商品的延误,所以有逐渐被取代的趋势。
而塑胶栈板通常不牢固,相较于木制栈板更易于弯曲变形,而较难提供足够的钢性和支撑力;为了加强塑胶栈板的效能,可借由增加射出工件的横截面的厚度或增加肋状物来改良,然而不同厚度的栈板结构需要增加不同的模具才可达成,却仍然难以增加足够的支撑力,因此要如何解决上述问题,让栈板结构重量轻巧且坚固的,同时成本低并易于生产,实为一值得探讨重要的技术课题。
发明内容
有鉴于现有习知一般栈板结构制造成本高,而塑胶栈板结构强度不够理想的问题,所以本发明提出一种栈板结构,其目在于使同一造型,即使用单一的模具的栈板,可以依照其造型配置加强动态承载力和静态承载力的支撑物使其强度坚固,且大幅降低制造与生产成本。
本发明提出一种预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其包括造型主体、以及在造型主体内所容置的至少一个支撑物,以提供货物放置于栈板结构上时,能加强其静态承载力;而造型主体亦可设置有容置叉车或叉举栈板 结构所需的沟槽,此横沟槽恰可放入长型的横条,此横条除了可限制支撑物的相应位置,使栈板结构在地面置放货物以及叉举货物离开地面,更能增强栈板结构的钢性及承载力。造型主体设置有直立槽,恰符合支撑物外型来设置,除了供支撑物以简单的放入方式,免除了一般栈板需要大量的钉、锁、穿插支撑体等流程外,更使造型主体上的支撑物不易位移松动,同时在承载货物时提供了支撑钢性和叉举钢性;而造型主体可配置上盖板,通过上盖板与造型主体的结合,可使支撑物不致于外露并产生进一步的支撑力及造型主体的抗扭曲能力,并可提供支撑物避免受潮及生锈等抗候性能;再者,借由支撑物的放置数量、材质、形状、厚薄等改变,可以使同一造型主体的栈板结构得以设定出不同的所需承载力。
以下借由具体实施例详加说明,当更容易了解本发明的目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成的功效。

具体实施方式
根据本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,请先参照图1,是本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构正面立体图;本发明其栈板结构1总成包括有造型主体10,其中造型主体10内更设置有至少一个支撑槽,而支撑物设置于该支撑槽内,使支撑物与造型主体10形成一体,而造型主体10的支撑槽可分为横竖,其中竖面有若干直立槽11,此直立槽11用以容纳支撑物,此为一种立面的可接地支撑物(接地柱20);而横面更有若干横沟槽12,此横沟槽12用以容纳一种横面的条状支撑物(横条30),此条状支撑物与造型主体10相结合时可以限位了接地支撑物20的移动,让整体的栈板结构1更 稳固。
接下来请参照图2A,是本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构分解图;本发明其栈板结构1包括有造型主体10,其中造型主体10内更形成有至少一个直立槽11、以及多个横沟槽12,而直立槽11中可以放置接地柱20,使栈板结构1更为稳固,而此横沟槽12可用于设置横条30,使横条30与造型主体10相结合时可以限位了接地柱20的移动,让栈板结构1更有刚性,同时请参照图2B。造型主体10和支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)的结合固定方式,可以采用施加紧固件或非紧固件来实施方式;举例来说,如果造型主体10和支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)都是以金属材质构成,则可以将支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)采用焊接贴合的方式来固定于造型主体10的支撑槽(直立槽11与横沟槽12)内。
另一方面,如果造型主体10和支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)是塑胶材质所构成,则可以将支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)采用超音波、高周波等方式来固定于造型主体10的支撑槽(直立槽11与横沟槽12)内;再者,不论造型主体10和支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)是采用金属、塑胶或是其他材质时,都可以将支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)采用上胶的方式来进行黏合固定于造型主体10的支撑槽(直立槽11与横沟槽12)内;除了采用上胶的方式外,也可以采用譬如螺丝、铆钉等紧固件来将支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)加以固定于造型主体10的支撑槽(直立槽11与横沟槽12)内,更甚者,如果强度要求较低的状况亚,也可以采用紧配合的方式来将支撑物(接地柱20与横条30)直接卡合固定造型主体10的支撑槽(直立槽11与横沟槽12)内。当然,以上仅是列举说明,相关的固定方式(不论是紧固件或非紧固件)皆为目前常用,且可以简单予以替换。
接下来请参照图3,是本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构背面立体图;其中造型主体10背部更设置有多个脚座40,图中脚座40与造型主体10合为一体,并使栈板结构1更为稳固;除了前述实施例,脚座40更可为分开安装(可分离组装、图中未示),且形状可为圆柱形、方形、长条型或是其他任何几何形状以数条或数个来分开组装,以及使用紧固件或非紧固件的方式来进行装设,皆可以达到节省运输及便利等。
除了前述例外更有一实施例,请参照图4,是本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构另一实施例的正面立体图;本发明其栈板结构1总成包括有造型主体10,其中造型主体10内更设置有至少一个直立槽11,而直立槽11中可以放置接地柱20,而造型主体10的表面则设置有多个横沟槽12,此横 沟槽12可用于设置横条30,而横条30更可设置有上盖板50,通过上盖板50与造型主体10的结合,可使接地柱20及横条30不致于外露,可进一步增加栈板结构1支撑力及造型主体10的抗扭曲能力,并可提供接地柱20及横条30避免受潮及生锈等抗候性能,同时避免一般栈板较易老化、钢性不足及功能易衰退的缺点。
而造型主体10与上盖板50的材质可以是塑胶或者是其他各式材质制作,而生产方式不限以吸塑、注塑或模压等方式实施之,而栈板结构1的其他材料上亦不一定以特定的材质;且栈板结构1在材料上亦可以不同的材质、数量、厚薄及型状等来复合使用,以达到不同使用场景和承载力的需求,且在同一造型主体10在配置不同的支撑物的数量形状及材质的情况下,可达到不同的使用环境和钢性需求,可大量节省了模具数量,降低生产难度。
甚至造型主体10和上盖板50本身亦具备部分相应的刚性与强度,故在某些应用上,可以使用少量的支撑物(甚至不需支撑物)的情况之下来制成栈板;栈板结构1的造型主体10、支撑物及上盖板50等部件,可用各式工艺生产安装,如施加紧固件或非紧固件来实施方式(例举:焊接贴合、上胶、超音波、高周波或胶合等方式)。
本发明预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,生产简易并施做方便,同时结构刚性坚固且质轻,让此栈板也适合收藏及搬运;以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,如:本实施例中造型主体或上盖板亦可打孔及减重来降低材料重量,或在足够的支撑物来产生钢性的情况下,上盖板可不予设置;或是横条可选为实心或是空心来制作,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,包括:
    造型主体,该造型主体内更设置有至少一个支撑槽;
    多个支撑物,该支撑物设置于该支撑槽内,使该支撑物与该造
    型主体形成一体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该支撑槽是直立槽,用以容纳该支撑物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该支撑物是接地支撑物。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该支撑槽是横沟槽,用以容纳该支撑物。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该支撑物是条状支撑物。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该支撑物是包含有接地支撑物与条状支撑物,该条状支撑物用以固定该接地支撑物,使该接地支撑物不易位移松动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该造型主体上更设置上盖板,该上盖板用以覆盖该造型主体上部并保护该支撑物。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该上盖板上设置有至少一个穿孔,该穿孔用以减轻该上盖板重量。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该造型主体及该支撑物连接方式是采用焊接、粘合、超音波、高周波及紧固件等任一方式连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的预设造型以置入支撑物的栈板结构,其特征在于,该造型主体的底部是设置有至少一个脚座。
