高弹力免充气轮胎
本实用新型涉及一种轮胎,特别是一种高弹力免充气轮胎。
目前,人们使用的自行车或汽车上的轮胎为充气轮胎,其充气轮胎有一内胎,内胎外包裹有外胎,外胎的胎冠部位有轮胎花纹;与轮辋接触的部位为胎趾,在内胎上一充气嘴。当车子的轮胎内充足气时,车子的滚动阻力小,有缓冲的作用,使人乘骑或坐在车上有舒适感,充气轮胎在使用过程中,不小心内胎被扎破或内胎爆破瘪气时,车子行驶阻力加大同时失去了缓冲作用,车子将无法行驶。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种车子轮胎不瘪气的高弹力免充气轮胎。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:轮胎有一胎体,胎体内有多个腔体。
腔体的空腔与胎趾平行;腔体内有螺旋状凹凸槽,在胎体与轮辋接触的面上有防滑槽。
腔体内螺旋状凹凸槽的截面为梯形。
由于采用了上述方案,车子轮胎的胎体内有多个腔体,在该腔体中无需充气,轮胎被尖锐物体扎透时,也不存在瘪气问题,达到了本实用新型的目的。该免充气轮胎直接使用高分子材料制作,节省了帘布、钢丝、气嘴等原材料,结构简单、合理,制作工艺简便,使用该轮胎免去了车子被扎、爆胎而瘪气的烦恼。

实施例:轮胎有一胎体2,胎体3内有四个腔体3,轮胎的胎冠的部位有轮胎花纹1;与轮辋接触的部位为胎趾4,腔体3的空腔与胎趾4平行;腔体内有螺旋状凹凸槽6,在胎体2与轮辋接触的面上有防滑槽5,腔体内螺旋状凹凸槽6的截面为梯形。

2、根据权利要求1所述的高弹力免充气轮胎,其特征是:腔体的空腔与胎趾平行;腔体内有螺旋状凹凸槽,在胎体与轮辋接触的面上有防滑槽。
3、根据权利要求2所述的高弹力免充气轮胎,其特征是:腔体内螺旋状凹凸槽的截面为梯形。
