目前各种车辆使用的充气型内胎,都必须充气,在使用过程中,只要发生被扎、漏气、爆胎行为,车辆就难以行驶而必须修补,即使很正常也须得经常充气才能维持使用。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种不需充气,不怕扎穿,不会爆胎,使用效果良好的多触点高弹性内胎。
本实用新型的解决方案是这样的:用橡胶海绵制成车轮所需规格的内胎,胎体内部为海绵体、多孔状,外部均布呈凸起的多触点结构,采用上述方案制成的内胎,弹力强,重量轻,不用充气,方便实用。
本实用新型的优点是不需充气,弹性及缓冲性优良,不怕扎穿;即使被扎穿也不影响使用性能效果,安装使用轻便。

本实用新型是由胎外体、胎主体2,胎内体构成,胎主体2为橡胶海绵体,其内部为中空多孔3状,胎体外部均布呈凸起的多触点1结构,使之能与钢圈、外胎很好的接合且获得良好的高弹性及缓冲性。
启用时,将本实用新型与钢圈、外胎配装组合成车轮就可以长期安然使用。
本实用新型制成的自行车、人力三轮车、摩托车内胎经试用,达到预期的性能效果。
根据本实用新型的构思,内胎外部也可制成多节状及多块、条状。
