本实用新型属于轮胎中的一种高弹力免充气力车轮胎。主要技术特点是封闭的圆棒形的胎心外紧密包裹一胎面,在封闭的圆形轮胎的胎面的内环面上制有一圈胎耳。本实用新型具有弹力大,重量轻,不怕撞击,抗振性、负载性好、耐磨、缓冲性好、耐老化、抗冲击性能强的优点,完全克服了现有的免充气轮胎的缺陷,是现有免充气轮胎的换代产品,尤其适用在力车(自行车、三轮车、手推车、运转车)上使用。

背景技术
充气轮胎是一种空心轮胎,虽然以其重量轻、抗振性好而广泛应用,但也有怕扎、容易漏气、爆裂等诸多缺点,安全可靠性差。随着科学技术的发展,多种形式的免充气轮胎也被研制出来,这类免充气轮胎虽则克服了充气轮胎的现有缺陷,由于其结构为实心轮胎,胎心、胎面材料相同且为一体,但其体积重、弹性低、耗力大等难以克服的问题而得不到广泛的应用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种体积轻、弹性好、耐磨的高弹力免充气力车轮胎。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
本实用新型所述的高弹力免充气力车轮胎,由胎面和胎心构成,其中封闭的圆棒形的胎心外紧密包裹一胎面,在封闭的圆形轮胎的胎面的内环面上制有一圈胎耳。
胎面厚度为3~7毫米,胎耳高度为4~6毫米。
本实用新型的优点和积极效果是:
胎心主要由天然橡胶合成发泡所构成的高分子气体海绵发泡体,其弹力大,重量轻,不怕撞击,抗振性、负载性好;胎面主要由天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯糊树脂和高苯乙烯合成,具有耐磨、缓冲性好、耐老化、抗冲击性能强的优点,二者的结合可使所形成的轮胎品质优异,完全克服了现有的免充气轮胎的缺陷,是现有免充气轮胎的换代产品。此外,本产品在胎面内环面上制有胎耳,可以使轮胎安稳地卧在车圈槽中,这种结构的轮胎尤其适用在力车(自行车、三轮车、手推车、运转车)上使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型实施例做进一步详述:
本实用新型所述的高弹力免充气力车轮胎,胎心3为封闭的圆棒形结构,在胎心外紧密包裹一胎面1,在封闭的圆形轮胎的胎面的内环面上制有一圈胎耳2。
胎心主要由天然橡胶合成发泡所构成的高分子气体海绵发泡体,胎面主要由天然橡胶、聚氯乙烯糊树脂和高苯乙烯合成,胎耳的材料与胎面相同,并且三者通过硫化模具加热成型而使胎心与胎面紧密结合在一起。胎面的外环面上也可以制出一些摩擦花纹,增强轮胎的摩擦效果。
胎面厚度为4~7毫米,胎耳高度为4~6毫米。

1.一种高弹力免充气力车轮胎,由胎面和胎心构成,其特征在于:封闭的圆棒形的胎心外紧密包裹一胎面,在封闭的圆形轮胎的胎面的内环面上制有一圈胎耳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹力免充气力车轮胎,其特征在于:胎面厚度为4~7毫米,胎耳高度为4~6毫米。
