本实用新型属于充气轮胎,特别是汽车轮胎。
已有技术中的汽车充气轮胎,是在一轮毂上套装有一个充气内胎和一个外胎组成,其不足之处在于车辆在行驶过程中,当碰到钉子或其它锋利物内胎被戳破时,所充气体就会迅速跑失,造成车辆跑偏,极易引发交通事故。另外,外胎在使用一段时间后,外表面磨损,整只外胎就报废,造成较大浪费,使用成本增加。
本实用新型的目的在于为克服上述不足而提供一种内胎戳破气体不会迅速跑失,可节省原材料,使用成本较低的充气轮胎。
本实用新型充气轮胎的技术解决方案是具有轮毂及其上套装的充气内胎,其特殊之处是轮毂上套装有3~5个充气内胎,这些充气内胎外面套扣有一中间轮胎,中间轮胎外面包合有一外轮圈。
所述的中间轮胎和外轮圈可以由橡胶制成,外轮圈其制作成本要求比一般汽车轮胎外胎的成本低,因为有中间轮胎起主要支撑作用。中间轮胎外面和外轮圈内面可以是光滑面相互接触。
本实用新型由于设有至少3个充气内胎,故当车辆行驶中车轮内胎被戳破时,一般只会是其中一个内胎戳破,整个轮胎气体就不会迅速跑失使车辆偏斜而发生交通事故;又由于设有中间轮胎和外轮圈,当外轮圈磨损后,可更换外轮圈,中间轮胎可长期使用,外轮圈制造成本较低,故可节省原材料和使用成本。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的实施方案。

本充气轮胎,于轮毂6上套装有3个充气内胎3、4、5,这些充气内胎外面套扣有一中间轮胎2,中间轮胎2外面包合有一外轮圈1。
本实用新型另一实施例,区别于上例的是设有5个内胎,其它构造与上例相同。

1、一种充气轮胎,包括轮毂及其上套装的充气内胎,其特征是轮毂6上套装有3~5个充气内胎(3、4、5),这些充气内胎外面套扣有一中间轮胎(2),中间轮胎(2)外面包合有一外轮圈(1)。
2、如权利要求1所述的充气轮胎,其特征是轮毂上套装有3个、4个或5个充气内胎。
