Abstract

一种剖分式滚动轴承保持架,包括夹装滚子的座体,其中对开式剖分结构的座体两端面用螺栓固装有对开式剖分的环形挡板,座体的剖分面以带有定位面的销式螺栓固接成整体。它采用封闭框形结构,将滚子完全约束在其内,既适应剖分式滚动轴承安装方便、快捷、维修更换容易的要求,又能增强保持架的刚性,延长轴承的使用寿命,确保轴承使用的可靠性。

Description

剖分式滚动轴承保持架
本实用新型涉及一种剖分式滚动轴承用的剖分式保持架。
目前,长期工作在低速重载、冲击交变载荷、多粉尘、润滑不良等工况的运输设备、转炉、连铸设备、大的通风设备等轴端支承轴承,除部分采用滑动轴承外,大部分采用整体式调心滚动轴承。这类轴承尽管传动效率比滑动轴承高,但固其受自身结构所限,安装时轴承内孔与轴颈间采用过盈配合,而内、外圈及保持架均为整体环形结构,故装配难度大,滚子保持架亦为整体环形结构,其梳齿状兜孔夹持滚子,仅约束滚子的1/2区域,无法全部包容滚子,梳齿强度低,当异物进入轴承内,致使保持架与滚子不同步时,容易断齿使保持架碎裂,轴承被损坏,不得不停机维修。更换新轴承除拆除与其同轴的零部件外,还要破坏性地卸掉原整体式轴承。以更换转炉托圈轴承为例,先用4天时间拆卸同轴大齿轮(外径φ3.7米,重10.6吨),再破坏性拆除轴承及相关部零件,需三天。若不计施工费用和停产造成的经济损失,仅换轴承和相关零件就需费用8万多无。因此,上述整体式滚动轴承急待改进,以适应生产的需求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种剖分式滚动轴承保持架,它采用封闭框形结构,将滚子完全约束在其内,既适应剖分式滚动轴承安装方便、快捷、维修更换容易的要求,又能增强保持架的刚性,延长轴承的使用寿命,确保轴承使用的可靠性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置包括夹装滚子的座体,其中对开式剖分结构的座体两端面用螺栓固装有对开式剖分的环形挡板,座体的剖分面以带有定位面的销式螺栓固接成整体。
由于本实用新型采用全新的结构制成夹装滚子的座体,使之既能满足剖分式滚动轴承的需求,又能与环形挡板构成封闭框式结构,将滚子全部包容完全约束在其间。这种封闭框架式结构与现有轴承整体式梳齿状兜孔相比,除将其只能约束滚子1/2区域改变为全部包容、完全约束外,还因框架式结构的形成从根本上增强保持架的刚性,杜绝“断齿”导致保持架损坏的现象发生,从而延长轴承的使用寿命,确保轴承使用的可靠性。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

根据图1-6详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。该装置包括夹装滚子的座体2、环形挡板1和销式螺栓3等件。其中座体2和环形挡板1均采用对开式剖分结构。座体2两端面分别用螺栓固装环形挡板1,使之构成封闭框式保持架,将滚子全部包容在其间。座体2的剖分面以带有定位面的销式螺栓3固接成整体。该销式螺栓定位面可加工成圆锥面或圆柱面,以便对座体2进行径向定位。环形挡板1的剖分面应与座体2的剖分面错位联接,用于对其轴向定位,提高剖分面对接的准确性。另外滚子应采用对称并列的对称结构,以保证滚子先后有序地滚过剖分口,减少对剖分口的冲击。
使用时,将滚子分别夹持在座体2的上、下体中,再分别以环形挡板1固牢,即可按剖分式滚动轴承的安装顺序装配,最后以销式螺栓将其剖分而结合为整体即可。

1、一种剖分式滚动轴承保持架,包括夹装滚子的座体,其特征是对开式剖分结构的座体两端面用螺栓固装有对开式剖分的环形挡板,座体的剖分面以带有定位面的销式螺栓固接成整体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的保持架,其特征是销式螺栓定位面为圆锥面或圆柱面。
