Abstract

一种适于低速、重载工况用的剖分式滚动轴承,包括组装在一起的内圈、外圈、滚子及其保持架,其中内圈、外圈、保持架均为对开式剖分结构,并以带有定位面的销式螺栓将其剖分面固接成整体。它有效克服了整体式滚动轴承存在的安装困难、维修工作量大、费用高的缺点,具有安装方便、快捷、维修更换容易,显著提高承载能力,降低维修费用,延长使用寿命,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,提高设备的生产效率等优点。

Description

剖分式滚动轴承
本实用新型涉及一种适于低速、重载工况用的剖分式滚动轴承。它主要用于运输设备、转炉、连铸设备、大的通风设备等轴端支承。
目前,长期工作在低速重载、冲击交变载荷、多粉尘、润滑不良等工况的运输设备、转炉、连铸设备、大的通风设备等轴端支承轴承,除部分采用滑动轴承外,大部分采用整体式调心滚动轴承。这类轴承尽管传动效率比滑动轴承高,但因其受自身结构所限,安装时轴承内孔与轴颈间采用过盈配合,而内、外圈及保持架均为整体环形结构,故装配难度大,滚子保持架亦为整体环形结构,其梳齿状兜孔夹持滚子,仅约束滚子的1/2区域,无法全部包容滚子,梳齿强度低,当异物进入轴承内,致使保持架与滚子不同步时,容易断齿使保持架碎裂,轴承被损坏,不得不停机维修。更换新轴承除拆除与其同轴的零部件外,还要破坏性地卸掉原整体式轴承。以更换转炉托圈轴承为例,先用4天时间拆卸同轴大齿轮(外径φ3.7米,重10.6吨),再破坏性拆除轴承及相关部零件,需三天。若不计施工费用和停产造成的经济损失,仅换轴承和相关零件就需费用8万多无。因此,上述整体式滚动轴承急待改进,以适应生产的需求。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种剖分式滚动轴承,它有效克服了整体式滚动轴承存在的安装因难、维修工作量大、费用高的缺点,具有安装方便、快捷、维修更换容易,显著提高承载能力,降低维修费用,延长使用寿命,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,提高设备的生产效率等优点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:该装置包括组装在一起的内圈、外圈、滚子及其保持架,其中内圈、外圈、保持架均为对开式剖分结构,并以带有定位面的销式螺栓将其剖分面固接成整体。
由于本实用新型在不改变现有滚动轴承基本安装尺寸的结构基础上,仅将内圈、外圈、保持架制成对开剖分式结构,并以能自动对中定位的销式螺栓将其剖分面固接成整体,所以装卸快捷、维修容易。用该剖分式滚动轴承代替原整体式滚动轴承,可以有效克服整体式滚动轴承存在的安装困难、维修工作量大、费用高的缺点。其原因在于剖分式内圈、外圈、保持架安装时,再不需要破坏与轴承同轴的零件,省工、省力,节省维修费用,减轻操作人员的劳动强度,同时剖分式滚动轴承结构的变化,不仅缩短维修工期,而且能延长其使用寿命,故可大大提高设备的生产效率。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。

根据图1-9详细说明本实用新型的具体结构。该装置包括内圈1、外圈3、滚子4、保持架5等件。其中内圈1的内径、外圈3的外径和宽度的基本尺寸均与现有各种规格滚动轴承的基本安装足寸相同,以确保该滚动轴承的通用性能。内圈1、外圈3、保持架5均采用对开式剖分结构,各剖分面之间用带有定位面的销式螺栓6固接成整体。销式螺栓6的定位面为圆柱面或圆锥面,可根据所选用轴承的规格确定其定位面,以保证剖分面结合成整体时的径向定位。与此同时,也可以根据使用要求确定各剖分面的对开式剖分结构。内圈1、外圈3、保持架5的剖分面,沿其轴线方向可分别加工成对称的“V”型剖分而或倾斜剖分面、平行剖分面、

型剖分面等。本实施例中内圈1的剖分面加工成与轴线方向呈倾斜剖分面(如图3-4所示);外圈3的剖分面加上成与轴线方向呈“V”型剖分面(如图5-6所示),保持架5的剖分面加工成与轴线方向呈平行剖分面(如图7-8所示)。为增强大型滚动轴承内圈1的径向夹紧力,加强同轴颈的结合刚性,内圈1的宽度适当增加后,在其外圆周两端加工卡槽,并于卡槽内设置对开式剖分结构的卡环2加固,剖分面间以带有定位面的销式螺栓6固接成整体,内圈1剖分面与卡环2剖分面相互交错布置,本实施例中两剖分面呈90°交错布置(如图9所示),确保剖分后内圈1强度不降低。为提高轴承的使用性能,取消原内圈与外圈间的外滚道和内滚道的中档边,将原滚子内外滚道的等曲率结构变更为内滚道曲率小于外滚道曲率,以减小轴承内外滚道不均匀磨损,延长其使用寿命,同时降低能耗。另外保持架5的对开式剖分座体8两端面用螺栓固装有对开式剖分环形挡板7,构成封闭框式结构,将滚子4完全约束在其间,增强保持架5的刚性,延长轴承的使用寿命,保证轴承使用的可靠性。
使用时,按照图9所示,由下至上依次进行装配即可。轴承各部件组装完毕,所有剖分面应平整无间隙,无错位,轴承应转动灵活、无阻滞、无振动。

Claims (6)

1、一种适于低速、重载工况用的剖分式滚动轴承,包括组装在一起的内圈、外圈、滚子及其保持架,其特征是内圈、外圈、保持架均为对开式剖分结构,并以带有定位面的销式螺栓将其剖分面固接成整体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征是固接成整体的内圈外圆周两端卡槽内有对开式剖分卡环,卡环剖分面间以带有定位面的销式螺栓固接成整体,内圈剖分面与卡环剖分面相互交错布置。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承,其特征是销式螺栓的定位面为圆柱面或圆锥面。
4、根据权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征是对开式剖分结构的内圈、外圈、保持架的剖分面,沿其轴线方向可分别为“V”型剖分面或倾斜剖分面、平行剖分面、
