Abstract

一种内燃机用的防窜油活塞,在油环槽下面开有1—2道圆弧形泄油槽,泄油槽底部有泄油孔,和活塞内部开放的腔相连通。在活塞低凹部分也开有泄油孔。本实用新型的优点:防窜油活塞能减少活塞运动的阻力,能防止润滑油窜到燃烧室燃烧。

防窜油活塞
本实用新型涉及内燃机中使用的活塞。
内燃机的转速较高，活塞在缸套内的往返运动频率较高。对活塞与缸套之间的润滑，内燃机中大多采用飞溅式润滑，由运动着的连杆将润滑油飞溅到活塞与缸套之间。由于活塞上下运动速度快，虽然在油环槽底部开有泄油孔，在活塞与缸套之间的油压仍然较高，除加大活塞运动阻力外，润滑油容易窜到燃烧室燃烧，破坏内燃机工况。
本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述不足之处而提供一种防窜油活塞，能减少活塞运动阻力，能防止润滑油窜到燃烧室燃烧，保持内燃机良好的工况。
本实用新型的内容叙述如下：在活塞油环槽的下面开有圆弧形泄油槽，泄油槽底部开有泄油孔，和活塞内部开放的腔相连通。在活塞肖部位的低凹部分也开有泄油孔4-8只，和活塞内部开放的腔相连通。

实施例：在油环槽(2)的下面开1-2道泄油槽(3)，泄油槽宽2.5毫米，深2-4毫米。泄油槽底部开有4～12只泄油孔，泄油孔经Φ1-3毫米。在活塞肖(5)部位的低凹部分也有泄孔孔(4)4～8只，孔经Φ1-3毫米。泄油孔(4)和活塞内部开放的腔相连通。
本实用新型的优点：防窜油活塞，能减少活塞运动阻力，能防止润滑油窜到燃烧室燃烧。
