Abstract

一种煤矿井下采煤工作面用并列滑移顶梁液压支架的连架机构,有连杆(1)和连杆(4)。连杆(1)和(4)的一端通过销轴(3)互相铰接,另一端通过长销轴(5)和相邻两支架的顶梁铰接。其中的一个连杆(1)与销轴(3)的配合孔为长孔(2),长销轴(5)与连杆(1)和连杆(4)的连接端可相对上下滑动。本实用新型结构简单动作灵活,适应性强,工作可靠。特别适用于倾斜煤层工作面,放顶煤工作面和破碎顶板工作面。

Description

并列滑移顶梁液压支架的连架机构
本实用新型涉及一种煤矿井下采煤工作面用并列滑移顶梁液压支架的连架机构。并列滑移顶梁液压支架在移架时,主梁和副梁交替卸载迈步前进。对于倾角较大的工作面,移架时支架易发生倾倒。特别是对于放顶煤工作面,由于支架较长,这个问题更加突出。另外,对于破碎顶板工作面,由于顶梁与顶板接触不实,也易发生倾倒。为解决上述问题,目前有一些并列滑移顶梁液压支架采用了连架机构。如在专利号为94243944.9的专利文献中公布了一种连架机构,该机构有一可伸缩的连架臂,一端和一支架的顶梁铰接,另一端和相邻支架的顶梁通过滑动连接副连接。其不足之处在于,结构较复杂,使用中动作不够灵活,有卡阻现象。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构简单,动作灵活,使用可靠的并列滑移顶梁液压支架连架机构。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:连架机构有两个连杆,两个连杆的一端通过销轴互相铰接,销轴可沿其中一个连杆上的长孔滑动。两连杆的另一端分别通过长销轴与相邻两支架的顶梁铰接。连杆可沿长销轴上下滑动。在相邻支架之间可根据需要连接多组连杆机构。
下面将结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详述。

参见图1和图2。连杆1和连杆4通过销轴3互相铰接,连杆1与销轴3的配合孔为长孔2。在相邻两架并列滑移顶梁液压支架的主梁7和副梁8上有支座6,连杆1和连杆4的另一端分别通过长销轴5和支座6铰接。连杆1和4与长销轴的连接端可沿长销轴5上下滑动。
当并列滑移顶梁液压支架移架时,随着副梁8和主梁8的交替前移,两连杆1和4完成伸长一折叠一伸长的过程。长孔2可以适应支架移架过程中梁体向支架内侧的水平位移。连杆沿长销轴的上下滑动可使连架机构适应相邻两架顶梁的高度变化。当支架在移架和支护顶板时,连架机构始终使各支架相互连接。不仅起到防倒作用,而且还增强了工作面支架的整体支护性能。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下优点:结构简单动作灵活,适应性强,工作可靠。

1.一种煤矿井下采煤工作面用并列滑移顶梁液压支架的连架机构,其特征在于有连杆(1)和连杆(4),连杆(1)和(4)的一端通过销轴(3)互相铰接,另一端通过长销轴(5)和相邻两支架的顶梁铰接,其中一个连杆(1)与销轴(3)的配合孔为长孔(2),长销轴(5)与连杆(1)和连杆(4)的连接端可相对上下滑动。
