玻璃保温瓶、杯胆
本实用新型涉及有真空套的保温容器,具体地说是一种改进的保温瓶、杯胆。
目前,制作带真空套的保温瓶、杯胆的传统加工步骤为:将两端开口的外壳坯料和一端开口的内壳坯料相套后,在内壳和外壳间塞填数个石棉颗粒(通常为三个并沿周向均布),以使内壳和外壳间有空隙并保证两者定位,随后依次施行对外壳的底部拉底、接尾、对外壳和内壳在瓶口处圆口使两者相接、以及对外壳和内壳围成的空腔内壁清洗、镀银及对该空腔抽真空并割尾封口的各工序。在塞入石棉颗粒后的上述各工序中,石棉颗粒始终卡在该空腔内,这样成品的保温瓶、杯胆其由外壳和内壳围成的真空密封腔内滞留有石棉颗粒。由于在镀银工序中及最终的成品中石棉颗粒始终存在,现有的该类保温瓶、杯胆存在着以下不足:1、密封空腔内壁与石棉颗粒所接触的这部分面积镀不上银,该无银的部分阻止热辐射能力较差,从而对保温的性能有一定的影响;2、石棉和玻璃的热变形系数及导热系数不同,保温瓶、杯胆与石棉颗粒所接触的部位易冷爆。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种保温性能好、使用寿命长的保温瓶、杯胆。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:
本保温瓶、杯胆与现有的带真空套的保温瓶、杯胆的结构相同,它由内壳1和外壳2组成,内壳1和外壳2间围成一真空密封空腔3,该真空密封空腔3内取消作为工艺用的石棉颗粒,围成该真空密封空腔3的各面上有一层银膜。在清洗工序前取消该空腔内的石棉颗粒,可保证在镀银时该空腔的内壁上全部覆有银膜,从而提高阻止热辐射的能力,提高保温性能,同时也克服了因石棉颗粒滞留在抽真空后的密封空腔3内,由于石棉和玻璃的热变形系数及导热系数不同,而易造成冷爆之不足。

以下结合一具体的加工实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
如附图所示,本保温瓶、杯胆与现有的带真空套的保温瓶、杯胆的结构相同,对其密封空腔3施行抽真空后,即行成真空套。本保温瓶、杯胆的加工顺序如下:将两端开口的外壳2坯料和一端开口的内壳1坯料相套后,首先仍用石棉颗粒塞垫于两者之间,使内壳1和外壳2同心且相互间有空隙,塞入的石棉颗粒为三颗并按空隙的周向均布,固定妥内壳和外壳后,先对外壳2的底口施行拉底工序使其底部封闭,再在外壳2的底部熔接上抽空管4(图示为抽空管4割尾后的形状),然后对外壳2和内壳1的口部施行圆口工序,使两者的口部熔接,内壳1和外壳2连接完成后,将外壳2的底部熔开一略大于所塞石棉颗粒的取料口,然后用前端呈勾状的弹性薄钢片从取料口进入密封空腔,将塞垫于内、外壳间的各石棉颗粒勾出,取出石棉颗粒后再将取料口熔封,完成上述工序后,通过抽空管4对密封腔空3的内壁施行冲洗、镀银、抽真空工艺,最后将抽空管4施行割尾封闭。至此全部工序完成,即得本实用新型所述保温瓶、杯胆的成品。

1、玻璃保温瓶、杯胆,由内壳(1)和外壳(2)组成,内壳(1)和外壳(2)间围成一真空密封空腔(3),其特征在于:该真空密封空腔(3)内取消作为工艺用的石棉颗粒,围成该真空密封空腔(3)的各面上有一层银膜。
