一种液控缓闭蝶阀轴端密封支承结构是由阀体,蝶板、蝶板轴、挡圈、隔垫、密封毡圈、端盖、螺栓、调整垫、O型密封圈、摩擦垫、锥销组成,且在蝶板轴与阀体之间还装有V型组合密封圈及圆锥滚预子轴承,在压套相对的阀体部位开设有防水环槽及漏水孔。这种结构具有摩擦阻力小,密封性能良好,阀门启闭灵活,蝶板不下沉,轴向定位可靠,无窜动,密封预紧力调整方便,先密封后支承等优点,是一种理想的蝶阀密封结构,特别适用于电力控灌工程。

Description

液控缓闭蝶阀轴端密封支承结构
本实用新型属于液控缓闭蝶阀的分机构。特别适用于电力提灌工程。也适用于化工、给排水、冶金等其它场合。
已有的液控缓闭蝶阀轴瑞密封支承结构采用骨架密封加滑动轴承支承结构。存在摩擦阻力大,密封性能差,加工精度的累积误差导致蝶板下沉,影响蝶阀的关闭性能,有待改进。
本实用新型旨在提供一种摩擦阻力小,密封性能良好,阀门启闭灵活,蝶板不下沉,轴向定位可靠,无窜动,密封予紧力调整方便,先密封、后支承的蝶阀轴端密封支承结构。
本实用新型是由阀体、蝶板、蝶板轴、挡圈、隔垫、密封毡圈、端盖、螺栓、调整垫、O型密封圈、摩擦垫、锥销组成,在蝶板轴与阀体之间还装有V型组合密封圈及圆锥滚子轴承,在压套相对的阀体部位开设防水环槽及漏水孔。
本实用新型在密封支承部位采用V型可调组合密封与圆锥滚子轴承配对,外加O型密封并开设防水环槽及漏水孔,从而成功的解决了蝶阀两轴端密封不严,蝶板下沉引起的关闭卡阻问题,轴向定位可靠,无轴向窜动,密封予紧力调整方便,均为密封在先,轴承在后方案。一旦有微量渗水,便可通过防水环槽及漏水孔流出。
下面结合附图对本实用新的装配过程作详细叙述:

选用合格的阀体1和蝶板2相配,在第一个轴肩与阀体1之间依据实际间隙(密封中心要求重合),配制摩擦垫16,将蝶板2平放入阀体1,然后将蝶板轴3连同O型密封圈15一起通过阀体1的轴孔穿入摩擦垫15及蝶板2的轴孔中,旋转蝶板轴3使其与蝶板2的锥孔对中,插入锥销17,将蝶板2与蝶板轴3连为一体,接着依次装入V型组合密封圈4、压套5、挡圈6、圆锥滚子轴承7用隔垫8隔开,再装上套有调整垫12、密封毡圈9的端盖10,通过改变调整垫12的厚度,使其端盖10,将圆锥滚子轴承7和V型组合密封圈4予紧,加之工作体腔的水压使V型组合密封圈4唇口张开,达到密封目的(摩擦垫16限制了蝶板2的轴向窜动,单向定位可靠),最后拧紧螺栓11。防水环槽13及漏水孔14是为防止密封有微量渗漏而开设的。
本实用新型具有摩擦阻力小,密封性能良好,阀门启闭灵活,蝶板不下沉,轴向定位可靠,无窜动,密封予紧力调整方便,先密封后支承等优点,是一种理想的蝶阀轴端密封支承结构。

  1. 一种液控缓闭蝶阀轴端密封支承结构是由阀体、蝶板、蝶板轴、挡圈、隔垫、密封毡圈、端盖、螺栓、调整垫、O型密封圈、摩擦垫,锥销组成,其特征在于蝶板轴与阀体之间还装有V型组合密封圈及圆锥滚子轴承,在压套相对的阀体部位开设有防水环槽及漏水孔。
