Abstract

本实用新型涉及石油、化工等集输管道使用的一种计量集输选通装置,其特征在于:由弹性件提供接触比压的浮动选通环与上多孔平面体构成选通平面密封副,上多孔平面体贴面环形均布若干个进油孔,中间旋转芯子内部为公共导流计量孔道;通过(电动或手动)动力旋转芯子转动到某角度时,实现中间旋转芯子内部公共导流计量孔道与上多孔平面体贴面某一个进油孔连通,从而实现旋转计量选通,而其它上多孔平面体进油孔来液汇集从下腔体侧孔流出进入集输管道。给浮动选通环预加一定弹性力实现密封面接触比压自封。本实用新型面密封便于加工、密封效果好,运行寿命长。

Description

计量集输选通装置
技术领域  本实用新型涉及石油、化工等集输管道使用的一种计量集输选通装置。通过(电动或手动)动力旋转芯子转动到某角度时,中间旋转芯子内部公共导流计量孔道与上多孔平面体贴面某一个进油孔连通,从而实现计量旋转选通,而其它上多孔平面体进油孔来液汇集从下腔体侧孔流出进入集输管道。
背景技术  在现用技术中,目前应用于石油工业现场的普通旋转选通装置,由于中间密封芯子与壳体间为软密封,且产出液中含颗粒,故转动中间密封芯子时易损伤软密封件,造成密封失效,孔间串流,无法正常实现连通单井准确计量产量的目的;此外,为降低磨擦,壳体常用球墨铸铁铸件,但成品率低。这不仅提高了成本,而且不能从根本上解决计量内窜问题。
发明内容  本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足和缺陷设计并制造了一种计量集输选通装置,其特征在于:由弹性件提供接触比压的浮动选通环与上多孔平面体构成选通平面密封副。上多孔平面体贴面环形均布若干个进油孔,中间旋转芯子内部为公共导流孔道;通过(电动或手动)动力旋转芯子转动到某角度时,实现中间旋转芯子内部公共导流计量孔道与上多孔平面体贴面某一个进油孔连通,从而实现计量旋转选通。给浮动选通环预加一定弹性力实现密封面接触比压自封。本结构为液体流道从上而下,液体中携带的砂粒也不易进入密封面,而且平面机构便于精密加工,机械加工成本低,密封可靠,运行寿命长。从根本上解决了普通旋转选通装置密封漏失及不耐砂等问题。
本实用新型是这样来实现的:本计量集输选通装置由丝堵、中间旋转芯子、上多孔平面体、浮动选通环、弹性件、内六方螺母环、下腔体等组成。其特征在于:由弹性件提供接触比压的浮动选通环与上多孔平面体构成选通平面密封副。上多孔平面体贴面环形均布若干个进油孔,中间旋转芯子内部为公共导流孔道;通过(电动或手动)动力旋转芯子转动到某角度时,实现中间旋转芯子内部公共导流计量孔道与上体贴面某一个进油孔连通,从而实现计量旋转选通。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:给浮动选通环预加一定弹性力实现密封面接触比压自封。当长期运行有磨损时,通过预先设置的一个丝堵将其打开后,用六方头专用工具旋转调整螺母环通过弹性件施加力到浮动选通环上合适便可。本实用新型面密封便于加工、密封效果好,运行寿命长。本实用新型结构独特,结构为液体流道从上而下,液体中携带的砂粒也不易进入两密封面,旋转密封副平面密封可靠,使用寿命长、制造成本低。

结合图2、图3详细说明本实用新型的结构、技术特性。如图2所示,本实用新型由丝堵[1]、中间旋转芯子[2]、上多孔平面体[3]、浮动选通环[4]、弹性件[5]、内六方螺母环[6]、下腔体[7]等组成。图3反映为本实用新型位于上多孔平面体贴面处进油孔的分布情况示意图。
具体实施方式  以一个9个入口的计量集输选通装置为例,对本申请进一步说明。一般在油田稠油地面计量站建设中,每个计量站为16口油井,需要安装两台计量集输选通装置,每个计量集输选通装置有8口油井产出的原油进入。其中1个入口为外接盲口,用于平时不需计量时中间旋转芯子停留位置,即电动(或手动)控制计量选通后复位位置。本实用新型的工作过程如下:通过(电动或手动)动力带动中间旋转芯子[2]旋转转动到某角度时,使得浮动选通环[4]对准上多孔平面体[3]上的某一进油口,实现中间旋转芯子[2]内部公共导流计量孔道与上多孔平面体[3]贴面某一个进油孔连通,实现计量集输选通。而其于上多孔平面体[3]进油孔来液汇集从下腔体[7]的底部侧面出口处流出进入集输管道。
上多孔平面体[3]为精密铸造加工,贴合底面镀铬或喷焊硬质合金后平面磨削加工而成。下腔体[7]和中间旋转芯子[2]均为铸造加工而成。弹性件[5]为波纹弹簧。浮动选通环[4]端面镀铬或喷焊硬质合金后平面磨削加工,其材料也可采用整体工业陶瓷。

1.一种计量集输选通装置是由丝堵[1]、中间旋转芯子[2]、上多孔平面体[3]、浮动选通环[4]、弹性件[5]、内六方螺母环[6]、下腔体[7]等组成。由其特征在于:由弹性件[5]提供接触比压的浮动选通环[4]与上多孔平面体[3]构成选通平面密封副,上多孔平面体[3]贴面环形均布若干个进油孔,中间旋转芯子[2]内部为公共导流孔道;通过(电动或手动)动力旋转芯子[2]转动到某角度时,实现中间旋转芯子[2]内部公共导流计量孔道与上多孔平面体[3]贴面某一个进油孔连通,从而实现旋转计量选通,而其它上多孔平面体[3]进油孔来液汇集从下腔体[7]侧孔流出进入集输管道。
