Abstract

一种低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀,包括阀体、阀盖、旋塞,所述阀盖通过通过O型圈、螺栓与阀体紧固结合在一起,所述旋塞上轴杆穿过上垫片、上防砂轴封填料、设置在阀盖的中心轴孔内的上轴套、V型填料函以及填料压盖与阀盖相结合,旋塞下轴杆穿过下垫片、下防砂轴封填料、下轴套安装在阀体底部的沉孔中,其特征在于:所述的旋塞包括外侧开有若干纵横凹槽的旋塞基体,以及包覆在旋塞基体表面的橡胶层,且过流面为平面结构,旋塞与阀座密封面接触形成密封,且旋塞以偏心方式设置,通过转动旋塞上杆,旋塞与阀座密封面接触形成密封。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种偏心旋塞阀,主要用于城市污水、工业污水、泥浆及清水等需要调节或截流的领域,特别是涉及一种低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀。
背景技术
弹性密封偏心旋塞阀是一种新型结构旋塞阀,其具有良好的密封性能和耐蚀性能。但是,目前常规弹性密封偏心旋塞阀旋塞流道不规则,因而导致流体阻力大,阀内紊流严重的现象,且包覆橡胶与旋塞基体附着力较小,阀体与旋塞摩擦力较大,密封面因磨损造成产品泄露严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的正是针对上述现有技术中所存在的不足之处而提供一种低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀。
本发明的低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀括阀体、阀盖、旋塞,所述阀盖通过通过O型圈、螺栓与阀体紧固结合在一起,所述旋塞上轴杆穿过上垫片、上防砂轴封填料、设置在阀盖的中心轴孔内的上轴套、V型填料函以及填料压盖与阀盖相结合,旋塞下轴杆穿过下垫片、下防砂轴封填料、下轴套安装在阀体底部的沉孔中;所述的旋塞包括外侧开有若干纵横凹槽(增加包覆橡胶层的附着力)的旋塞基体,以及包覆在旋塞基体表面的橡胶层,且过流面为平面结构,且旋塞以偏心方式设置,旋塞偏心距e由下式确定:
式中:θ为旋塞阀密封面夹角,β为密封面与中心线夹角,L为包胶厚度;
密封压缩系数ε由下式确定:
式中:q MF 为必须密封比压,E为橡胶弹性模量。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.旋塞流道为平面,不仅达到强度要求而且流阻小,降低阀内流体的紊流问题;
2.旋塞基体上不同密度的纵横槽,增加了橡胶的附着力,提高了阀门的使用寿命;
3.合理的的偏心设计使得阀门密封行程中摩擦角较小,减小了橡胶剪切应力,提高了阀门使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示,本发明的低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀括阀体1、阀盖6、旋塞5,所述阀盖6通过通过O型圈7、螺栓14与阀体1紧固结合在一起,所述旋塞5上轴杆穿过上垫片15、上防砂轴封填料8、设置在阀盖6的中心轴孔内的上轴套9、V型填料函10以及填料压盖11与阀盖6相结合,旋塞5下轴杆穿过下垫片4、下防砂轴封填料2、下轴套3安装在阀体1底部的沉孔中;所述的旋塞5包括外侧开有若干纵横凹槽(增加包覆橡胶层的附着力)的旋塞基体,以及包覆在旋塞基体表面的橡胶层,且过流面为平面结构(可减小流体流动阻力),通过转动旋塞上轴杆,旋塞5与阀座密封面接触形成密封;且旋塞5以偏心方式设置,旋塞偏心距e由下式确定:
式中:θ为旋塞阀密封面夹角,β为密封面与中心线夹角,L为包胶厚度(参见图6);
密封压缩系数ε由下式确定:
式中:q MF 为必须密封比压,E为橡胶弹性模量。
本发明的低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀使用时介质由阀体1左侧流入阀内,旋转旋塞5上杆,带动旋塞5旋转,由于科学合理的偏心设计旋塞5在开启的过程中迅速脱离阀座,介质从旋塞5内侧进入阀腔,旋塞过流面平面设计减小流体流动阻力。

1.一种低流阻长寿命弹性密封偏心旋塞阀,包括阀体(1)、阀盖(6)、旋塞(5),所述阀盖(6)通过O型圈(7)、螺栓(14)与阀体(1)紧固结合在一起,所述旋塞(5)上轴杆穿过上垫片(15)、上防砂轴封填料(8)、设置在阀盖(6)的中心轴孔内的上轴套(9)、V型填料函(10)以及填料压盖(11)与阀盖(6)相结合,旋塞(5)下轴杆穿过下垫片(4)、下防砂轴封填料(2)、下轴套(3)安装在阀体(1)底部的沉孔中,其特征在于:所述的旋塞(5)包括外侧开有若干纵横凹槽的旋塞基体,以及包覆在旋塞基体表面的橡胶层,且过流面为平面结构,旋塞(5)与阀座密封面接触形成密封,且旋塞(5)以偏心方式设置,旋塞偏心距e由下式确定:
