Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种车辆转向节用阻尼止推轴承,其特征在于:轴承体压入轴承垫内并与其配合,两者中心孔距相同。该止推轴承在滑动状态下工作,具有耐冲击、耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀、自身润滑、吸收冲击能、转动灵活的特性。提高了汽车的平稳性,使转向轮胎在接近零前束即纯滚动状态下运行,减少了轮胎磨损,消除了汽车摆头现象。

车辆转向节用阻尼止推轴承
本实用新型涉及一种车辆转向系用轴承,特别是转向节用阻尼止推轴承。
轮式车辆及工程机械等轮转向系统中,转向节止推轴承一般采用单向推力球轴承或单向推力滚子轴承。以上两种轴承刚性强,不吸收冲击能,不耐腐蚀,润滑装态不好等缺陷,并极易产生局部磨损,使轮胎与地面滚动的同时产生强烈的轴向摆动而与地面发生滑动摩擦,造成轮胎吃胎,摆头,甚至转向系统产生强烈的共振而使车辆无法正常行驶,轮胎迅速磨损,并能引发交通事故。同时使路面受碾严重,缩短路面使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺陷提供一种结构科学,吸收冲击能,对振动有很强的阻尼作用的车辆转向节用阻尼止推轴承。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种车辆转向节用止推轴承,轴承体压入轴承垫内并与其配合,两者中心孔距相同。
其中轴承体一侧有凹槽,轴承垫对应一侧有突起的台阶和其配合。
本方案还可以这样实现两个轴承体压合一体,其外有外壳。
采用本实用新型的有益效果如下:该止推轴承在滑动状态下工作,完全克服了滚动止推轴承的缺点,该轴承具有耐冲击、耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀、自身润滑、吸收冲击能、转动灵活的特性。大大提高了汽车的平稳性,使转向轮胎在接近零前束即纯滚动状态下运行,减少了行驶阻力,节省能源,延长轮胎的行驶里程,很好地保护路面。

下面结合附图详述实施例:
实施例1:如图2所示:轴承体1一侧有凹槽6,其中心有孔,根据中心线对称,如图3所示:轴承垫2对应一侧有突起的台阶7和轴承体配合。如图4所示,二者配合时状态,接触面结合,中心孔大小相同。
实施例2:如图5所示两个轴承体3、4压合一体,其外有外壳5。
如图1,将该实用新型套在转向节主肖上,其上侧压有车前桥梁,实现工作过程。

1、一种车辆转向节用阻尼止推轴承,其特征在于:轴承体(1)压入轴承垫(2)内并与其配合,两者中心孔距相同,或者轴承体(3)和轴承体(4)压合一体,其外有外壳(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所速的车辆转向节用阻尼止推轴承,其特征在于:轴承体(1)一侧有凹槽(6),轴承垫(2)对应一侧有突起的台阶(7)和其配合。
