Abstract

弹性丝联轴器是关于两轴间传递扭矩的发明。在两半联轴器间,用半联轴器凸缘上圆周均布的轴向孔,桥连数个弹簧钢丝制作的弹性件传递扭矩。该联轴器能补偿各向安装误差,起缓冲吸震作用,结构简单,制作工艺性好,安装调试方便。

Description

弹性丝联轴器
“弹性丝联轴器”是关于两轴间传递扭矩的发明。
该技术领域的已有技术,公知的弹簧联轴器,是在两个包容与被包容的半联轴器,其形成的均匀间隙中装有用于传递扭矩的数组径向均布的弹簧片,其中一部分被含在被包容的半联轴器的径向槽内,另一部分嵌入在包容半联轴器的对应径向梯形槽内。该弹簧联轴器的结构较为复杂,体积相对较大,不易制作,成本高,不便于安装调试。
鉴于已有技术的不足,本发明的任务是,设计一种结构简单,安装调试方便,体积小,易制作加工,成本低的弹性丝联轴器。
本发明的“弹性丝联轴器”,是在两个分别固定在主、从动轴上的半联轴器间,插入半联轴器凸缘上的轴向孔内,桥连数个圆周均布,用于传递扭矩和补偿安装误差的弹性丝条状弹性材料制成的弹性件。
弹性件是一直段弹簧钢丝,或两头为平行直段,中部弯折有螺旋半圆弧形的扭曲弹簧。
装有弹性件直段弹簧钢丝的半联轴器凸缘上的孔,其中一周上加工的是适于钢丝受力变形增加接触范围的圆锥孔,或是凸缘内含用于增加接触面的活动的球体上钻的中孔。
本发明的弹性丝联轴器,以在半联轴器凸缘均布孔内搭接弹性丝条状材料制做的弹性件为传递扭矩的连结件,在保持良好的补偿各项安装误差和弹性件有缓冲吸震能力的同时,由于采用的结构通过车削和钻孔等简单加工工艺即可完成,所以,该联轴器具有体积小、结构简单、易制作,安装调试方便等特点。

图3为直段弹簧钢丝的弹性丝联轴器的总装视图;
图4为凸缘内含有的活动球体与弹性件连接的局部装配视图。
图中示出了四种实施例。图1、图2为由4个圆周均布折有螺旋半圆弧形的扭曲弹簧3的两端直段插入两半联轴器1凸缘上固定的圆周均布的8个小套2的孔内,桥连其间,用于传递扭矩和补偿变形。图3为凸缘上圆周均布的4个直段弹簧钢丝5的实施例。直段弹簧钢丝5分别插入两半联轴器1凸缘上圆周均布轴向固定的对应小套4、6的孔内,桥联其间,其中一个半联轴器1的凸缘上轴向固定的小套4孔为圆锥孔,以满足弹簧钢丝受力变形时孔壁与钢丝增加接触范围。或为每个弹性件3、5的一端直段弹簧钢丝头插入在由固定在凸缘上圆周均布的4组由两个有内球面的小套7、8对合含裹的活动球体9的中孔内,以增加接触面,构成其它两个实施例。

Claims (3)

1、一种用于两轴间传递扭矩的弹性丝联轴器,包括两个分别固定在主、从动轴上的半联轴器,本发明的特征在于,桥连其间用于传递扭矩和补偿安装误差的是,两头分别插入两半联轴器凸缘上圆周均布的对应轴向孔内的数个由弹性丝条状材料制成的弹性件。
2、根据权利要求1的弹性丝联轴器,本发明的特征在于,弹性件是一直段弹簧钢丝,或为两头有平行直段中部弯折有螺旋半圆弧形的扭曲弹簧。
3、根据权利要求1的弹性丝联轴器,本发明的特征在于,弹性件的其中一头插入半联轴器凸缘的是适于钢丝受力变形的锥孔,或是含有的活动球体上的中孔。
