Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,它是在培养器皿的周壁处开有对称分布的凹槽,将各种不同形状的分隔板插入凹槽内,即可使多种不同类培养物在同一培养器皿中培养,当需要研究它们之间相互作用时,将分隔板从凹槽中取出。该培养器皿使用方便,制做简单,实现了多种细胞、组织、器官共同培养在一个培养器皿中,控制培养物彼此分隔,又可以研究不同培养物之间的相互作用和影响。

多种培养物共使用的培养器皿
本实用新型涉及一种实现多培养物(细胞、组织、器官)共培养在一个培养皿中。
长期以来,人们通过体外培养研究生物学现象和建立体外培养模型来印证和说明体内的实际情况,但存在着不一致性,主要原因是体内和体外的差异,体内的作用因素多,将体外多种培养物放置在一个培养器皿中培养,一定程度破坏了培养物间的实际体内的相互作用,采用单独培养又无法获得培养物之间的相互作用结果,因此要解决好体外培养的多种培养物之间的相互作用,本实用新型设计了一种多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,该培养器皿有助于更好地摸拟体内的实际情况,同时又便于将问题简单化和有利于基础研究和应用开发工作进行。
本实用新型目的在于,设计的一种多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,是在该器皿中设计了各种形状的分隔板,实现每个培养物在同一个培养器皿中彼此分开,当改变和拆换分隔板后,又可以研究不同培养物之间的相互作用和影响,该培养器皿制做简单,操作方便。
本实用新型设计的多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,在培养器皿的周壁处开有对称分布的凹槽(1),其凹槽(1)内卡有各种形状的分隔板(2)(条形分隔板、星形分隔板、网状分隔板、米字状分隔板等),在分隔板(2)的两端分别固定有挂钩(3),可固定在器皿周壁外的凹槽内;该培养器皿为玻璃,塑料等材料制成,分隔板采用玻璃,塑料等材料制成。

本实用新型设计的多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,它是在培养器皿的周壁处开有对称分布的凹槽,在使用时,根据实际需求将分隔板插入凹槽,然后将所需不同类型的培养物放在分隔板中,将培养物彼此分隔开进行培养,当需要研究培养物之间相互作用时,将分隔板从凹槽中取出即可。

1、一种多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,其特征在于,在培养器皿的周壁处开有对称分布的凹槽(1),其凹槽(1)内卡有各种形状的分隔板(2)(条形分隔板、星形分隔板、网状分隔板、米字状分隔板等);在分隔板(2)的两端各固定有挂钩(3),可固定在器皿周壁外的凹槽内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的多种培养物共使用的培养器皿,其特征在于,培养器皿为玻璃、塑料等材料制成,分隔板采用玻璃,塑料等材料制成。
