Abstract

一种圆柱面支座,属于桥梁和高架桥梁端的新型钢支座,它是在与桥梁连接的上摆和与桥墩或桥台连接的底板之间设有滑块,上摆和滑块之间为圆柱面接触,利用上摆和滑块圆柱面的相对转动来满足桥梁受力时梁端发生的转动,并用不锈钢板与聚四氟乙烯滑板的相对滑动来满足梁端水平位移,可大大降低支座的高度,节省材料,并改善支座的受力性能。

Description

圆柱面支座
本实用新型是一种圆柱面支座,它是桥梁和高架桥梁端的新型钢支座。
目前铁路桥梁中,跨度大于20米的混凝土简支梁使用的支座绝大部分为摇轴或辊轴支座,摇轴或辊轴支座利用上摆平面在摇轴或辊轴顶部圆柱面的转动来满足梁端发生的转动,利用摇轴或辊轴的摆动来满足梁端的水平位移。摇轴和辊轴支座的缺点是:第一,摇轴或辊轴与上摆和底座之间的接触均为线接触,在桥梁自重及列车荷载作用下,接触应力较大。因此,为了分布支承反力于梁部混凝土和桥墩或桥台的支承垫石中,必须加大上摆和底板钢板的厚度,致使材料未得到充分利用,支座用钢量大;第二,支座靠摇轴或辊轴的摆动来满足梁端的水平位移,摇轴或辊轴的高度大,支座的高度大,对抗振不利;第三,支座活动部分容易生锈及积垢,导致转动不灵。
有的使用盆式橡胶支座,其特点是用钢量小,结构高度低。但盆式橡胶支座如一球铰,对于T型梁单片梁架设时,梁吊装就位后未进行横向联结前,其侧向处于不稳定状态,容易倾覆。因此也未被普遍被采用。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述缺点,一种圆柱面支座,结构简单,受力性能好,用料省,能满足桥梁变形要求和桥梁架设时稳定性好的新形钢支座,可用于铁路中小跨度简支梁上等。
本实用新型目的是这样实现的,一种圆柱面支座,包括上摆(1),不锈钢板(2)聚四氟乙烯滑板(3),滑块(4),聚四氟乙烯滑板(5),不锈钢板(6),和底板(7)组成,其特征在于上摆(1)和底板(7)之间设置有滑块(4),上摆(1)与滑块(4)之间通过圆柱面相接触。同时在上摆(1)的柱面嵌入不锈钢板(2),滑块(4)的上柱面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(3)。滑块(4)与底板(7)为平面接触,同样在滑块(4)的下平面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(5),底板(7)的上平面嵌入不锈钢板(6),利用两圆柱面之间相对转动来满足桥梁受力后梁端发生的转动和利用聚四氟乙烯滑板与不锈钢板之间的滑动来满足梁端水平位移。

结合附图对本实用新型结构具体说明:
一种圆柱面支座,包括上摆(1),不锈钢板(2),聚四氟乙烯滑板(3),滑块(4),聚四氟乙烯滑板(5),不锈钢板(6),和底板(7)组成,在与桥梁连接的上摆(1)和与桥墩或桥台连接的底板(7)之间设置有滑块(4),上摆(1)的下面型为圆柱型面,滑块(4)的上面型也为圆柱型面,利用上摆(1)与滑块(4)的圆柱面之间相对转动来满足桥梁受力后梁端发生转动需要,同时在上摆(1)的下柱面嵌入不锈钢板(2)。滑块(4)的上柱面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(3),利用聚四氟乙烯滑板与不锈钢板之间摩擦系数小的特性,满足桥梁受力变形或温度变化产生的水平位移的需要。滑块(4)与底板(7)为平面接触,同样在滑块(4)的下平面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(5),底板(7)的上平面嵌入不锈钢板(6)。
本实用新型通过圆柱面之间的滑动和聚四氟乙烯滑板与不锈钢板之间的滑动来满足桥梁变形的需要,桥梁的竖向荷载则通过上摆均匀传至底板,再分布于桥墩或桥台,支座各部分接触应力很小,改进了现有支座传力为线接触,接触应力大和摇轴或辊轴高度大的缺点,本实用新型与现有支座比较有如下优点:
(1)支座各部分受力均匀,受力性能得到很好的改善;
(2)结构高度大大降低,有利于抗振。对于32米跨度的简支梁,本实用新型设计的钢支座高度只有100毫米左右。
(3)大大降低钢材用量,造价低。
(4)柱面支座侧向稳定性好,梁吊装就位后,不易造成侧向倾覆;
(5)结构简单,重量轻,安装和更换方便,有利于养护维修。

Claims (1)

1.一种圆柱面支柱,其特征是上摆(1)与底板(7)之间设有滑块(4),上摆(1)与滑块(4)之间是通过其圆柱面相接触,同时在上摆(1)的下表面嵌入不锈钢板(2)和滑块(4)的上表面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(3);而在滑块(4)的下表面嵌入聚四氟乙烯滑板(5)和底板(7)的上表面嵌入不锈钢板(6)。
