本实用新型涉及一种铝合金窗轮。
目前，现有的铝合金窗轮有的是实心塑料轮，其摩擦力大，造成窗轮及铝合金窗较大的磨损，且滑行的性能差。也有的在机械轴承的外面套上一塑料，塑料与轴承定位性差，容易分离，且成本高、安装困难。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种滑行性能好，摩擦力小，成本低，安装容易的铝合金窗轮。
为了达到述目的，本实用新型是这样实现的，包括内圈、外圈及滚珠，在外圈的表面设有一与窗架轨道相配合的凹槽；其特征在于：在内圈的外表面设有一金属层，其径向设有一凹槽；在外圈的内表面设有一金属层，其径向设有一凹槽；两凹槽之间形成一滚道，滚珠设在滚道内，保持架设在滚道的两边；在内圈的两端中心部位分别设有一凸台。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点：
1、摩擦力小，滑行性能好；
2、安装方便；
3、塑料与轴承的定位性好。

如图1、2所示，包括内圈(5)、外圈(1)及滚珠(10)，在外圈(1)的表面开有一与窗架轨道相配合的凹槽(7)；在内圈(5)的外表面设有一金属层(4)，其径向设有一凹槽(9)；在外圈(1)的内表面设有一金属层(2)，其径向设有一凹槽(8)；两凹槽之间形成一滚道，滚珠(10)设在滚道内，保持架(3)设在滚道的两边；在内圈(5)的两端中心部位分别设有一凸台(6)。
