Description

本实用新型涉及一种新型改进型阶梯园形自行车后轴皮，特点是一种阶梯园形内封闭式自行车后轴皮，采用薄板，冲压件而成，重量轻。
现有的自行车后轴皮，主要花盘、防尘罩，其花盘采用锻造车切防尘罩敲在花盘上，与花盘结合靠轴档与轴旋紧的一种半封闭自行车后轴皮，重量重，浪费材料。
本实用新型的目的提供一种结构简单、工艺减少，重量轻，性能可靠、质量保证，装配方便，外形美观，不需要用专用夹具的自行车轴皮。
本实用新型的方案在于：阶梯园形自行车后轴皮，由阶梯园形花盘（左右）环形固定卷，内钢碗，轴承支架，固定式、轴档、防尘罩撑管和轴组成。环形固定卷与阶梯园形花盘配合，环形固定卷放置在阶梯园形花盘内侧槽内，当固定式轴档防尘罩、撑管与阶梯园形花盘紧密配合，实现内封闭式。阶梯园形花盘，环形固定卷。固定式轴档防尘罩一定要用金属材料。
下面结合附图，对本实用新型的一个实施加以说明。
附图是本自行车后轴皮的结构总图。
图中标号代表：1－轴、2－轴承支架（带钢珠）、3－阶梯形左花盘、4－环形固定卷、5－撑管、6－阶梯形右花盘、7－钢碗、8－固定式防尘罩、9－轴档。
本实用新型的最佳实施方案是：参见附图本自行车后轴皮包含有：阶梯形花盘、3.6.钢碗7和环形固定卷、4.都为正圆形，其中钢碗7与阶梯形花盘、3.内侧过盈配合，环形固定卷、4.与阶梯形花盘、3内侧过盈配合，撑管5。串过环形固定卷4圆孔内过盈配合。另一端，右花盘组件与上述一样配合。然后由轴承支架，2（球架）放入花盘组件外侧孔内，再由轴档9，固定式防尘罩8。（预先配合好）旋到轴1上到位串过，梯形花盘左组件和梯形花盘右组件，旋上另一端轴档9与固定式防尘罩8，（预先配合好）到位。
本实用新型适于各种自行车、儿童自行车使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种自行车后轴皮，由阶梯圆形花盘(3)、钢碗(7)、环形固定圈(4)、轴承(2)、固定式防尘罩(8)、轴挡(9)构成与轴(1)、撑管(5)左右相对称的结构，其特征在于：阶梯圆形花盘(3)、(6)与环形固定圈(4)是过盈配合，轴挡(9)与固定式防尘罩(8)也过盈配合的内封闭式自行车后轴皮。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自行车后轴皮，其特征在于：阶梯圆形花盘（3）截面形状为内外阶梯形，环形固定圈（4）截面形状为不等边双U形，固定式防尘罩（8）截面形状为双U形。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的自行车后轴皮，其特征在于：阶梯圆形花盘（3）、环形固定圈（4）、固定式防尘罩（8）材质为金属薄板材料。
