Abstract

一种塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置,其包括一由若干段压料套衔接成的压料管,压料管内装设有导料螺杆,导料螺杆包括反向旋转的中间一粗径螺杆及两侧各一细径螺杆,压料管内呈中间一大孔及两侧各一小孔;各导料螺杆从传动区段以后依序对应车制形成一长段最粗螺牙的入料段、一段最细螺牙的压缩密合段、一小段中粗螺牙的分散缓冲段、一段最粗螺牙的混合段及一段中粗螺牙的计量化段,且各不同螺牙段的压料套外面配以不同温度的加热器。

Description

塑料压出机械的 导料螺杆装置
本实用新型涉及一种塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置。
关于现有塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置,较早的结构为单一螺杆,其只有藉螺旋转动压送塑料,并没有对塑料颗粒进行碾压混合,故其不但混合效果非常差,而且无法适用于粉状塑料的混合压出,故通常还需要再加以制成颗粒状才能适用于单螺杆的混合压出;后来生产者加以改成两支螺杆,且两支螺杆以相反方向转动,一方面以螺旋推送压料,另一方面对塑料颗粒进行碾压,虽然混合效果有较大提升,也能够直接适用于粉料,减少加工程序,但是混合效果及送料压力也只是提升到一定程度而已,此外它还有一不足之处,即对于不同的PVC材料仍然无法直接适用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置,可直接对粉料进行混合,消除粉料制成颗粒的加工程序及能源浪费;在混合效果及送料压力、融合均匀性上均有较大幅度的提升,且对于各种不同的PVC材料均可直接适用。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,即提供一种塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置,它包括一支由若干段压料套衔接而成的压料管,且位于基部的压料套的管壁上开设一入料口,所述压料管内装设有导料螺杆,各螺杆的基部均设有传动咬合段,而末端设有尖头状螺纹的胶化段,PVC粉料或颗粒自所述入料口送入,所述导料螺杆由动力带动转动,所述PVC粉料或颗粒随导料螺杆向前传送并加热融溶混合胶化而射入模中成型;所述导料螺杆包括中间一粗径螺杆及两侧各一细径螺杆,且所述粗径螺杆与所述细径螺杆呈相反方向旋转,由压料套衔接成的所述压料管内对应各螺杆呈中间一大孔及两侧各一小孔的三孔形状;三支导料螺杆从传动区段以后依序对应车制形成一长段最粗螺牙的入料段、一段最细螺牙的压缩密合段、一小段中粗螺牙的分散缓冲段、一段最粗螺牙的混合段及一段中粗螺牙的计量化段,三支导料螺杆的各段不同螺牙均相互对齐,且各段不同螺牙之间均车制有一小段无螺牙的缓冲段,三支导料螺杆装入所述压料管,所述胶化段恰套结于所述压料管前端的胶化套内,且各段不同螺牙段所对应的压料套的外面配合以不同的温度加热器,其中所述入料段、混合段及计量化段的加热温度为175℃,所述压缩密合段及分散缓冲段的加热温度为180℃。
本实用新型装置的优点在于,由若干段不同螺距的螺旋螺纹形成不同型态与程度的滚挤、压料,可达到最佳的压料混合品质;对于粉料可直接适用,而不必再制成颗粒状;且对于不同的PVC原料均可直接压缩混合。
以下结合附图,描述本实用新型的实施例,其中:

如图1所示,本实用新型主要包括中间一粗径螺杆10及两侧各一细径螺杆20,三支导料螺杆10与20从传动区段以后依序对应车制形成一长段最粗螺牙的入料段11与21、一段最细螺牙的压缩密合段12与22、一小段中粗螺牙的分散缓冲段13与23、一段最粗螺牙的混合段14与24及一段中粗螺牙的计量化段15与25,三支导料螺杆10与20的各段不同螺牙均相互对齐,且各段螺牙之间均车制有一小段无螺牙的缓冲段16与26,又各螺杆在基部均形成传动咬合段17与27,而末端则形成一段尖头状螺纹的胶化段18与28,最后融溶胶化进入模具成型。
如图2、3所示,本实用新型配合一支由若干段压料套30衔接而成的压料管,其呈中间大孔31而两侧小孔32的三孔型态,且位于基部的压料套30的管壁上开设一入料口33,三支导料螺杆10与20装入由压料套30衔接成的压料管中,使三支螺杆10与20相对的各段螺纹互相咬合,而三支螺杆的胶化段18与28恰套入一段胶化套34内,当PVC粉料或颗粒自入料口33倒入时,可以动力带动中间与两旁的导料螺杆10与20呈反方向转动,在导料时兼有碾压颗粒或粉料使其压料后混合的作用;且各段不同螺牙段的压料套外面再配合以不同的温度加热器,使颗粒或粉料融溶混合,其中入料段11与21、混合段14与24、计量化段15与25均以175℃加热,而压缩密合段12与22、分散缓冲段13与23均以180℃加热,使颗粒或粉料融化混合。
如上所述,本实用新型由若干段不同螺距的螺旋螺纹形成不同型态与程度的滚挤、压料,可达到最佳的压料混合品质;对于粉料可直接适用,而不必再制成颗粒状;且对于不同的PVC原料均可倒入压缩混合。

  1. 一种塑料压出机械的导料螺杆装置,它包括一支由若干段压料套衔接而成的压料管,且位于基部的压料套的管壁上开设一入料口,所述压料管内装设有导料螺杆,各螺杆的基部均设有传动咬合段,而末端设有尖头状螺纹的胶化段,PVC粉料或颗粒自所述入料口送入,所述导料螺杆由动力带动转动,所述PVC粉料或颗粒随导料螺杆向前传送并加热融溶混合胶化而射入模中成型;其特征在于,所述导料螺杆包括中间一粗径螺杆及两侧各一细径螺杆,且所述粗径螺杆与所述细径螺杆呈相反方向旋转,由压料套衔接成的所述压料管内对应各螺杆呈中间一大孔及两侧各一小孔的三孔形状;三支导料螺杆从传动区段以后依序对应车制形成一长段最粗螺牙的入料段、一段最细螺牙的压缩密合段、一小段中粗螺牙的分散缓冲段、一段最粗螺牙的混合段及一段中粗螺牙的计量化段,三支导料螺杆的各段不同螺牙均相互对齐,且各段不同螺牙之间均车制有一小段无螺牙的缓冲段,三支导料螺杆装入所述压料管,所述胶化段恰套结于所述压料管前端的胶化套内,且各段不同螺牙段所对应的压料套的外面配合以不同的温度加热器,其中所述入料段、混合段及计量化段的加热温度为175℃,所述压缩密合段及分散缓冲段的加热温度为180℃。
