Abstract
扭花机属于金属材料加工机械,其在支撑架上1装有扭具3,在支撑架1中部装设有可移动定位的夹具,支撑架1底部固定在工作台上。扭具3外侧装有四根手柄杆,里端装有夹头,夹具定位块5装有支撑架1中部与夹头4连接。本实用新型结构简单,使用安全可靠,不用电、省力、制作花样规范。
Description
本实用新型属于金属加工机械，特别是对金属门窗及拦杆花型加工的机械。
经调查，目前制作金属螺旋花样都是用扳手及虎钳等工具，制作的螺旋花样简单，不规范，生产效率低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种扭花机来提高扭花效率及花样质量。
为了达到上述目的，其解决方案是：在支撑架一端装扭具，支撑架中部装有可移动定位的夹具，支撑架底部固定在工作台上。
其工作原理是将金属材料夹在扭具上，根据需要移动夹具与扭具的距离，转动扭具将材料制成多种螺旋花样。
本实用新型的优点是：结构简单，使用安全可靠，不用电，省力，生产效率高，制作花样规范。

参看附图，支撑架(1)用一根方钢制成，一端装有扭具(3)，扭具外侧对称地装有四根手柄杆，其里端装有夹头，在靠近扭具(3)支撑架(1)底部焊有安装架(2)，用螺钉与工作台连接，支撑架(1)中部装有夹具由可滑动的定位块(5)和夹头(4)连接组成，另一端装有支撑座(6)，其底部用螺钉与工作台连接。

1.一种扭花机，它包括扭具和夹具，其特征在于：在支撑架(1)一端装扭具(3)，在支撑架(1)中部装有可移动定位的夹具，支撑架(1)底部固定在工作台上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭花机，其特征在于：扭具(3)外侧对称地装有四根手柄杆，里端装有夹头，夹具的定位块(5)装在支撑架(1)中部与夹头(4)连接。
