Abstract

本实用新型蓄热型炉膛属于各型工业炉灶和锅炉炉膛的结构改进设计。在原有炉膛内增设开孔式蓄热炉膛拱体3,拱体上开长方形孔若干个,并在其上设置数量若干个的蓄热柱体1,并围成的若干个流道2。蓄热体采用耐火材料制成的微孔空心砖。炉膛预热后,由于蓄热材料的作用,可保持炉膛温度足够高,若干个流道使可燃气体和细小的煤屑与燃气混合更加均匀,燃烧更加完全,具有节能、降耗、减少污染等优点。

蓄热型炉膛
本实用新型属于一种用于各型工业炉灶和锅炉炉膛的结构改进设计。它可显著提高煤的燃烧效果,减少烟气排放的有害物质。
煤在炉排上燃烧时,将产生一氧化碳,碳氢化合物等可燃性气体,同时还会有一些小的煤屑飞到炉膛中去,为了使它们尽可能的完全燃烧,必须使炉膛温度足够高。
目前国内工业炉灶,如熬制芒硝锅、熬糖锅等平底锅灶和蒸气锅炉、热水锅炉的炉膛均未考虑炉膛中空部份的保温蓄热,造成炉膛空间温度波动大,影响煤的燃烧质量。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄热型炉膛,可保持炉膛温度足够高,克服炉膛温度波动大的缺陷,使煤在炉膛内更易着火,燃烧更加充分。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,在原有炉膛中增设开孔式蓄热炉膛拱体,在拱体上开数量若干的长方形孔,并在孔的四个角上分别设置蓄热柱体,并围成若干个气流流道。蓄热柱体采用耐火材料制成的微孔空心砖。炉膛预热后,由于蓄热材料的作用,可保持炉膛温度足够高,若干个气流流道使可燃气体和细小煤屑与燃气混合更加均匀,燃烧更加完全。

当炉膛预热后,使炉膛蓄热,温度达到足够高时,煤从煤仓9通过翻板式进煤机构10进入炉排15上面,开孔式蓄热炉膛拱体14将辐射热辐射至煤层,升温后的煤层与新鲜空气12反应,迅速燃烧,其燃气11通过开孔式蓄热炉膛拱体14上的长方形开孔,导流至被蓄热柱体13围成的流道16进入炉膛上部的燃烧区,燃尽区。由于空气与燃气混合更加充分,蓄热体温度足够高,煤的燃烧条件得到改善,消除排放黑烟等缺陷。

1、一种蓄热式炉膛,其特征是:在原有炉膛内增设开孔式蓄热炉膛拱体,拱体上开数量若干的长方形孔,并在长方形孔四个角上分别设置蓄热柱体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的蓄热式炉膛,其特征是:在长方形孔的四个角上分别设置的蓄热柱体围成的气流流道。
