Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种自动润滑调隙活塞环。活塞环槽内气环由正环和副环构成。其间为一光滑面配合,正环与副环衔接的缺角部分构成贮润滑油槽,正副环径向开口错开180°角,该气环能自动调整气环与缸套之间的径向间隙和气环与活塞环槽的侧间隙,密封性能好,正环与副环及环与钢套的润滑作用显著,使用寿命长,能自动调隙,自动润滑,减少漏气,减小烧机油(润滑油),提高了内燃机工作时的动力及经济性。废气排量少,还能相应降低内燃机工作时的噪音。

Description

自动润滑调隙活塞环
本实用新型涉及内燃发动机、空气压缩机等的活塞环。尤其涉及一种自动润滑调隙活塞环。
活塞环和缸套磨损后,易引起活塞和缸套之间密封不严,压缩不足,导致内燃机工作时费油,动力下降,并且停机后,冷机起动困难。目前,内燃机行业中,常把活塞环列为易磨损件,在提高活塞环使用寿命方面,仅仅是在材料和工艺制造方面进行改进。活塞和缸套之间的密封不严,气环磨损是主要因素,当活塞环磨损经常更换活塞环时,需拆装内燃机,费时、费工,影响使用效率。本人作为发明人虽曾针对上述问题提供过一种组合气环(专利号75790),但其润滑性能欠佳,也有改进必要。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中活塞环润滑不良容易磨损的问题,提供一种使用寿命长的、能自动润滑调隙的气环。
本实用新型的上述目的是这样达到的:活塞环内的每道气环均由正环和付环组成,正环、付环之间为光滑面配合,主环和付环的横截面均为缺角梯形或缺角长方形,由缺角部分构成贮润滑油槽,正环与付环的内径、外径几何尺寸相等。
本实用新型采用以下附图;
图1为自动润滑调隙气环安装在活塞上的结构简图。
图2为每一道自动润滑调隙气环在活塞环沟槽内安装时的开口方位配置图。
图3为图2的A-A剖面图。
图4a为γ形贮润滑油槽截面。

图示中为我国X195系列内燃机上的两道油环、三道气环。其它内燃机活塞上有的是一道油环、二道气环的;有的是一道油环、三道气环的;亦有两道油环、三道气环的,总之,一般活塞上均有两道或三道单开口气环。活塞上设有两道气环,(不在同一平面上)则两道气环开口之间为按180°角配置;活塞上设有三道气环时则三道气环开口之间按120°角配置。
而本实用新型为应用于内燃机和空气压缩机活塞的自动润滑调隙气环,这种自动润滑调隙气环是由正环4和付环5构成,正环4与付环5之间为光滑面配合。正环4、付环5的横截面均为缺角梯形或缺角长方形,环的内径、外径几何尺寸相等。正环4与付环5的缺角部分共同组成一贮润滑油槽截面(如图4),其截面呈U、V或γ型。每组合气环正环4和付环5上均分别设有一个径向开口,正环4与付环5的径向开口错开180°角对称配置,也就是活塞上的每一道气环槽内安装一正环4和一付环5。若活塞上设有两道气环槽,则每组气环开口之间按180°角配置,若活塞上设有三道气环槽,则每组气环开口之间按120°角配置在活塞气环槽的环槽内。
内燃机工作时,活塞连同活塞环(油环、气环)在缸套内往复动作。经过一个阶段后,由于活塞环和缸套的磨损,活塞环口逐步加大。另外,环的侧面与活塞环槽往复接触,由于环的侧面磨损使活塞环槽变宽。因而形成轴向漏气,密封不严,烧机油,压缩比下降,内燃机动力性、经济性变差。本实用新型设置的自动润滑调隙气环,就可延长气环的使用寿命,也就是就延长更换气环的周期。
当环槽内安装自动润滑调隙气环后,由于正环4与付环5因本身分别对缸套的接触面的压强不等、付环5大于正环4,当内燃机工作一段时间之后,付环5的磨损大于正环4,形成磨损差,正环4和付环5之间会沿其梯形的光滑接触面。形成径向、轴向的微量滑移,使环槽、环、缸套之间的间隙变小。也就是起到了自动调隙作用,同时加上润滑作用,故称为″自动润滑调隙气环″。这种环的开口错开一定角度,使得一环开口被另一环开口挡着,故不能直接漏气。
本实用新型的积极效果:
采用自动润滑调隙气环和采用单道开口气环相比:
1、自动润滑调隙气环,使用寿命长,更换气环的周期长,提高了气环的使用寿命。
2、内燃机工作时,自动润滑调隙气环能自动调整气环与缸套之间、与活塞环之间的间隙,减少漏气,减小烧机油(润滑油)现象,由于自动润滑作用,从而使活塞环与缸套之间的摩擦系数减小,提高了内燃机的动力性和经济性。
3、采用自动润滑调隙气环相应降低了内燃机工作时的噪音。

Claims (2)

1、一种自动润滑调隙活塞环,包括正环和付环,其特征在于;活塞环内的每道气环均由正环和付环组成,正环、付环之间为光滑面配合,正环和付环的横截面均为缺角梯形或缺角长方形,由缺角部分构成贮润滑油槽,正环与付环的内径、外径几何尺寸相等。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自动润滑调隙活塞环,其特征在于由主环与付环缺角部分组成贮润滑油槽,其截面呈U型、V型或γ型。
