Abstract

本实用新型为待填充的冰棒,属于食品技术领域。更具体地,其为具有用于接收符合消费者口味的填充物的壳体的冰棒,因而产生前所未有的消费相应产品的方式,这还将允许在其市场推广时进行显著创新,其中消费者将购买冰棒、选择他们偏好的填充物、以不同的方式包装,他自己将在消费时把填充物放入相应的壳体中。
背景技术
冰棒为固化的冰淇淋,目前以不同的形式呈现,包括一些主题。冰棒通过棍末端进行拿取,棍插入穿过下侧并部分刺入冰棒主体中。
如上面提及的,自身以不同形状呈现的、最常见为“8”字形的冰棒主体通常为没有填充物的固体,即便在填充的情形下,填充物在生产期间固化在冰棒主体内。这不允许填充物或消费形式的任何变化,且填充物不能在不同于冰棒主体的温度下引入。
因而,消费者永远不能将他们的口味与工业投产的填充物组合进行结合,不能以不同的温度固化填充物,且受限于传统的消费形式。
实用新型内容
通过想到创新的、消费冰棒的方式,通过冰棒的壳体,允许大量消费冰棒的方式,在消费时将不同温度的填充物添加到相应壳体中甚至在相应壳体中引入固体,甚至可引入碎水果以进一步增强冰棒的风味或者引入棒,其可以是消费者能想到的任何东西如巧克力、番石榴、饼干、及颗粒,包括提供源自本创新概念的其它商业优点。

具体实施方式
根据所示的附图,待填充的冰棒包括不同形状的固化主体(1),包括主题形状,最常见的为数字“8”形,不同样式的棍(2)从所述主下侧以传统方式插入,最常见的棍为所谓的“片形棍”,所述主体的上面具有至少一圆形、椭圆形、正方形、长方形截面或任何几何形状的孔(3),孔形成消费时接收液体、固体或颗粒填充物的壳体。
优选地,待填充的冰棒包括“8”字形的固化主体(1),在上面具有圆形截面的两个孔(3),形成棍(2)位于其间的两个圆柱形壳体。
由于本实用新型的新颖的待填充的冰棒,消费形式将为将不同纹理和温度的液体、固体(棒)或颗粒填充物引入到由孔(3)形成的圆柱形壳体内。
根据图5,我们具有一消费示例,其中固体填充物(RS)例如两根巧克力棒被引入到由冰棒的主体(1)的孔(3)形成的圆柱形壳体内。
根据图6,我们具有第二消费示例,其中液体填充物(RL)例如巧克力被引入到由冰棒的主体(1)的孔(3)形成的圆柱形壳体内。
根据图7,其图示了第三消费示例,其中颗粒填充物(RG)例如巧克力颗粒被引入到由冰棒的主体(1)的孔(3)形成的圆柱形壳体内。
关于市场推广,本创新将允许几种销售形式,可销售冰棒供在家中耗用,或者可在销售点销售冰棒同时在销售点提供不同的填充物。
因而,所设计的待填充的冰棒具有下述优点:
-使消费者能匹配其口味和填充物组合;
-使能使用不同温度的填充物,填充物可以是液体甚至固体;及
-使能引入碎水果或者引入壳体尺寸的棒。
本实用新型的范围不应限于上述细节,而是由权利要求及其等同方案限定。
Claims (4)
1.一种待填充的冰棒,其特征在于,所述冰棒包括固化主体(1)及棍(2),所述固化主体(1)形成两个圆柱形壳体,每一圆柱形壳体的上面具有孔(3),所述棍(2)位于所述两个圆柱形壳体之间,所述孔(3)用于在消费时接收填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的待填充的冰棒,其特征在于,所述孔(3)具有圆形、椭圆形、正方形或长方形截面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的待填充的冰棒,其特征在于,所述棍(2)为片形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的待填充的冰棒,其特征在于,所述填充物为液体、固体或颗粒。
