Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种具有单向气阀的电动抽油泵,包括控制盒,控制盒上设有连通管道和控制板,连通管道的一端连接有抽油管,另一端连接有出油管,出油管内安装有泵体,控制盒的底部转动安装有螺盖,本实用新型在控制盒的进气口上安装单向气阀,且在控制盒设有进气管,进气管在螺盖安装在油桶后与油桶空气相通,油泵工作抽油管在输油的过程中,汽油被单向气阀阻挡而由抽油管输送至出油管,抽油结束后桶内的负压使外界空气经单向气阀进入至桶内,从而维持油桶内外的压强平衡。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种抽油泵,特别是一种电动抽油泵。
背景技术
现有的家用电动抽油泵包括抽油管、出油管以及连通两管的控制盒,使用时将抽油管插入油桶内,通过控制盒上的螺盖与油桶的出油口固定,打开开关后抽油管上的油泵运作将油抽出,然而螺盖与油桶的出油口螺纹固定密封,在抽油过程中,油桶内压强变化,容易导致油桶发生形变,为了平衡油桶的内外压强,通常会在控制盒上设置与桶内相通的出气孔,然而油泵在抽油的过程中,汽油容易从出气孔喷出,并从控制盒滴出,不仅容易造成控制盒内部损坏,还增加安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种具有单向气阀的电动抽油泵。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种具有单向气阀的电动抽油泵,包括控制盒,所述控制盒上设有连通管道和控制板,所述连通管道的一端连接有抽油管,另一端连接有出油管,所述出油管内安装有与所述控制板电连接的泵体,所述控制盒的底部转动安装有螺盖,所述控制盒内设有与所述连通管道相通的进气口以及贯通至所述控制盒底部的进气管,所述进气口的外侧套装有阀体,所述阀体的上端设有进气腔,下端设有出气腔,所述进气腔和出气腔之间设有连通通道,所述进气腔安装有阀盖,所述阀盖上设有若干进气孔,所述阀盖的底部对用所述进气孔的位置安装有密封胶片,所述出气腔内活动安装有密封球,用于封堵所述连通通道的开口。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型在控制盒的进气口上安装单向气阀,且在控制盒设有进气管,进气管在螺盖安装在油桶后与油桶空气相通,油泵工作抽油管在输油的过程中,汽油被单向气阀阻挡而由抽油管输送至出油管,抽油结束后桶内的负压使外界空气经单向气阀进入至桶内,从而维持油桶内外的压强平衡。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5,一种具有单向气阀的电动抽油泵,包括控制盒1,所述控制盒1上设有连通管道2和控制板,所述连通管道2的一端连接有抽油管3,另一端连接有出油管4,所述出油管4内安装有与所述控制板电连接的泵体5,所述控制盒1的底部转动安装有螺盖6,所述控制盒1内设有与所述连通管道2相通的进气口7以及贯通至所述控制盒1底部的进气管8,所述进气口7的外侧套装有阀体9,所述阀体9的上端设有进气腔10,下端设有出气腔11,所述进气腔10和出气腔11之间设有连通通道14,所述进气腔10安装有阀盖12,所述阀盖12上设有若干进气孔13,所述阀盖12的底部对用所述进气孔13的位置安装有密封胶片16,所述出气腔11内活动安装有密封球15,用于封堵所述连通通道14的开口;在控制盒的进气口上安装单向气阀,且在控制盒设有与外界连通的进气管,油泵工作抽油管在输油的过程中,汽油被单向气阀阻挡而由抽油管输送至出油管,抽油结束后桶内的负压使外界空气经单向气阀进入至桶内,从而维持油桶内外的压强平衡;具体原理为油泵在工作过程中,汽油进入出气腔,推动密封球上移直至堵住连通通道,即使汽油穿过连通通道,配合上述密封胶片可形成双重密封,防止汽油从阀体流出。
所述密封胶片16与所述阀盖12底部之间留有间隙,所述阀盖12的底部设有第一阻挡环,所述密封胶片16的顶部设有第二阻挡环,当空气经过进气孔时,空气驱使密封胶片发生形变,通过密封胶片、阀盖之间的间隙进入至阀体内,再进入至油桶内从而平衡内外压强;然而当汽油进入进气腔内时,密封胶片复位封堵进气孔,由于汽油密度远大于空气密度,通过第一阻挡环14和第二阻挡环15阻挡汽油流出,汽油不易从其间隙流出。
所述密封胶片16的顶部设有连接柱17,所述阀盖11设有安装孔18,所述连接柱17固定安装在所述安装孔18内,连接结构稳定可靠。
所述出气腔11内设有滑动管19,所述密封球15活动安装在所述滑动管19内,在本实施例中,所述密封球15的直径小于所述滑动管19的直径,相差0.1-1mm,装配后,所述滑动管19安装在所述进气口7的内侧。
所述进气口7的顶部设有进气缺口20,所述连通通道14的底部设有与所述密封球15相契合的球面开口21,进气缺口可保证外界空气经过进气口进入至油桶内,球面开口与所述密封球15相契合可起到密封作用,在本实施例中,所述密封球15可采用硅胶或金属材料制成。
所述控制盒1上设有与所述控制板电连接的电池腔22,电池腔内可安装锂电池,低压直流,使用简单安全,方便更换。
所述出油管4的端部内安装有与所述控制板电连接的红外感应器,红外感应器可感应加油内部的液面高度,发送信号至控制板控制油泵停止。

1.一种具有单向气阀的电动抽油泵,包括控制盒(1),所述控制盒(1)上设有连通管道(2)和控制板,所述连通管道(2)的一端连接有抽油管(3),另一端连接有出油管(4),所述出油管(4)内安装有与所述控制板电连接的泵体(5),所述控制盒(1)的底部转动安装有螺盖(6),其特征在于所述控制盒(1)内设有与所述连通管道(2)相通的进气口(7)以及贯通至所述控制盒(1)底部的进气管(8),所述进气口(7)的外侧套装有阀体(9),所述阀体(9)的上端设有进气腔(10),下端设有出气腔(11),所述进气腔(10)和出气腔(11)之间设有连通通道(14),所述进气腔(10)安装有阀盖(12),所述阀盖(12)上设有若干进气孔(13),所述阀盖(12)的底部对用所述进气孔(13)的位置安装有密封胶片(16),所述出气腔(11)内活动安装有密封球(15),用于封堵所述连通通道(14)的开口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述密封胶片(16)与所述阀盖(12)底部之间留有间隙,所述阀盖(12)的底部设有第一阻挡环,所述密封胶片(16)的顶部设有第二阻挡环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述密封胶片(16)的顶部设有连接柱(17),所述阀盖(12)设有安装孔(18),所述连接柱(17)固定安装在所述安装孔(18)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述出气腔(11)内设有滑动管(19),所述密封球(15)活动安装在所述滑动管(19)内,装配后,所述滑动管(19)安装在所述进气口(7)的内侧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述进气口(7)的顶部设有进气缺口(20),所述连通通道(14)的底部设有与所述密封球(15)相契合的球面开口(21)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述控制盒(1)上设有与所述控制板电连接的电池腔(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动抽油泵,其特征在于所述出油管(4)的端部内安装有与所述控制板电连接的红外感应器。
